Pressing off
1. Unscrew self-locking nut from supporting joint (7).
2. Mount pressure piece (044a).
3. Press supporting joint (7) out of wishbone using two-arm puller.
4. Remove puller.
Installation
5. Clean tapered connection.
6. Replace self-locking nut and screw on .

Pushing off
1. Unscrew self-locking nut from follower joint (8).
2. Mount thrust piece (043a).
3. Place support (043b) on joint of front axle shaft.
4. Push follower joint (8) out of steering knuckle using press (043).
5. Remove press, support, and thrust piece.
Installation
6. Clean conical joint.
7. Install new self-loc king nut and tighten.

absorber with a wire to prevent it
from tilting down To avoid leaks within the hydraulic brake

wiring, never tug on the brake lines or the
