Remove t he heat ed oxygen s ens or (HO2S).

Inst all t he EGR valve.
T orque: 10 Nm 1.
Inst all t he EGR cool er. Inst all t he nut s and bolt , but do not full y
t ighten at t his st age. Tight en the nut s in the sequence s hown.
T orque: 6 Nm Tight en the bol t in t he s equence s hown.
T orque: 10 Nm 2.
3. CAUTIONS: Make s ure that t he component is cl ean, free of foreign
mat eri al and l ubricant. "Make s ure t hat new components are i nst all ed. "
Inst all t he EGR cool er to exhaust mani fol d elbow.
