DESMONTAJE DEL BASCULANTE
ADVERTENCIA
Sujete firmemente la máquina de forma que no
exista riesgo de que se caiga. Preparación para el
desmontajeSujete la máquina colocando un soporte
adecuado debajo del motor.
Soporte del tubo de freno
Consulte el apartado “FRENO DELANTERO Y
FRENO TRASERO”.
Pinza de freno trasero
Tornillo (pedal de freno) Mueva el pedal de freno hacia atrás.
Cadena de transmisión

outer race.
INSPECTION
Wash the bearings, bushings and
collars in a solvent.
Swingarm
1. Inspect:

Free play exists/unsmooth
revolution/rust
→ Replace
bearing and bushing as a set.
2. Inspect:
•Oil seal

Damage
→ Replace.
Relay arm
1. Inspect:
•Bearing

bearing and collar as a set.

POINTS DE DEPOSE
Capuchon
1. Déposer:
Capuchon gauche 1
N.B.:
Déposer en insérant un tournevis à lame
droite sous le repère a du capuchon
gauche.
Roulement
1. Déposer:
Roulement 1
N.B.:
Enlever le roulement en appuyant sur la
cage externe.
CONTROLE
Nettoyer les roulements, les bagues, les
entretoises épaulées dans du solvant.
Bras oscillant
1. Contrôler:
Roulement 1
Bague 2
Jeu/rotation irrégulière/rouille →
Remplacer ensemble le roulement
et la bague.
2. Contrôler:
Bague d’étanchéité 3
Endommagement → Remplacer.
Bras relais
1. Contrôler:

Entretoise épaulée 2
Jeu/rotation irrégulière/rouille →
Remplacer ensemble le roulement

Zum Ausbau des Lagers auf den
Außenlaufring drücken.
KONTROLLE
Die Lager, Buchse und Distanzhül-
sen mit einem Lösungsmittel reini-
gen.
Schwinge
1. Kontrollieren:

Spiel vorhanden/stockend/ros-
tig
→ Lager und Buchse satz-
weise erneuern.
2. Kontrollieren:
•Dichtring

Beschädigt
→ Erneuern.

Rimuovere utilizzando un cacciavite per
viti con testa -a taglio inserito sotto il
contrassegno a sul coperchio sinistro.
Cuscinetto
1. Togliere:
Cuscinetto 1
NOTA:
Togliere il cuscinetto premendo sulla
pista esterna.
CONTROLLO
Lavare i cuscinetti, le bussole e i colla-
rini con un solvente.
Forcellone oscillante
1. Controllare:
Cuscinetto 1
Bussola 2
Presenza di gioco/rotazione non
uniforme/ruggine → Sostituire il
cuscinetto e la bussola in blocco.
2. Controllare:
Paraolio 3
Danno → Sostituire.
Braccio di rinvio
1. Controllare:
Cuscinetto 1
Collarino 2
Presenza di gioco/rotazione non
uniforme/ruggine → Sostituire il
cuscinetto e il collarino in blocco.
2. Controllare:
Paraolio 3

1. Extraiga:

NOTA:
Extráigalo con un destornillador de
cabeza ranurada introducido por
debajo de la marca

NOTA:
Extraiga el cojinete presionando la
guía exterior.
COMPROBACIÓN
Lave los cojinetes, el manguito y los
casquillos con disolvente.
Basculante
1. Comprobar:
•Cojinete

•Casquillo

Holgura/giro no suave/óxido
→ Cambiar el conjunto de coji-
nete y manguito.
2. Comprobar:
•Junta de aceite
3
Daños
→ Cambiar.
Barra de unión
1. Comprobar:
•Cojinete

→ Cambiar el conjunto de coji-
nete y casquillo.

•Install the bearing by pressing it on
the side having the manufacture’s
marks or numbers.
•First install the outer and then the
inner bearings to a specified depth
from inside.

Endommagement → Remplacer.
ASSEMBLAGE ET MONTAGE
Roulement et bague d’étanchéité
1. Monter:
Roulement 1
Bague d’étanchéité 2
Sur le bras oscillant.
N.B.:
Lors de l’installation, enduire le roule-
ment de graisse au bisulfure de molyb-
dène.
Monter le roulement en pressant sur le
côté où sont imprimés la marque ou le
numéro du fabricant.
Monter d’abord le roulement extérieur
puis le roulement intérieur à la profon-
deur spécifiée à partir de l’intérieur.
