CYLINDRE ET PISTON

Steuerkettenführung (Auslaßseite)
ACHTUNG:
Den Zylinder mit einer Hand einbauen, mit
der anderen Hand die Kolbenringe
zusammendrücken.
Steuerkette durch den Steuerketten-
schacht im Zylinder führen.
Die Steuerkettenführung darf bei der
Montage nicht beschädigt werden.
HINWEIS:
Nach der Montage die Leichtgängigkeit des
Kolbens prüfen.

Patin de chaîne de distribution (côté échap-
pement)
ATTENTION:
Installer le cylindre d’une main tout en com-
primant les segments de l’autre main.
Faire passer la chaîne de distribution par la
cavité de la chaîne du cylindre.
Veiller à ne pas endommager le patin de la
chaîne de distribution.
N.B.:
Après la mise en place, s’assurer du mouvement
correct du piston.

clutch holding tool 3 to hold the clutch boss.

Primary drive gear
1. Remove:
Nut (primary drive gear) 1
Primary drive gear 2
NOTE:
Place a folded rag or aluminum plate
between the teeth of the primary drive gear
and primary driven gear.
Take care not to damage the gear teeth.
