AJUSTE
Einstellung der Leerlaufgemisch-
Regulierschraube
Der Kraftstoffgehalt des Luft-Kraft-
stoff-Gemisches bei 0–1/4 Gas kann
durch Drehen der Leerlaufgemisch-
Regulierschraube 1 eingestellt wer-
den. Die Leerlaufgemisch-Regulier-
schraube heraus- bzw. hineindrehen,
um bei niedrigen Drehzahlen ein fet-
teres bzw. mageres Gemisch zu
erhalten.

HINWEIS:
Wenn die Leerlaufdrehzahl
schwanken sollte, die Leerlaufge-
misch-Regulierschraube nur bis
maximal 1/2 Drehung in beide
Richtungen drehen.
Um den Kraftstoff-Fluß bei kleinem
Öffnungswinkel der Drosselklappe
zu optimieren, wurde die Leerlauf-
gemisch-Regulierschraube im
Werk für jeden Motor einzeln opti-
mal eingestellt. Ehe die Leerlauf-
gemisch-Regulierschraube neu
eingestellt wird, die Schraube ganz
hineindrehen und die Anzahl der
Umdrehungen zählen. Diese An-
zahl als werkseitige Voreinstel-
lung für das Herausdrehen der
Schraube aufzeichnen.

Réglage de la vis de ralenti
La richesse de l’émulsion air-essence à
une ouverture des gaz de 0 à 1/4 se règle
en tournant la vis de ralenti 1. Serrer la
vis de ralenti afin d’appauvrir et la des-
serrer afin d’enrichir l’émulsion à vites-
ses réduites.

N.B.:
Si le régime de ralenti n’est pas stable,
tourner la vis de ralenti d’un seul 1/2
tour dans un sens ou l’autre.
La vis de ralenti de chaque véhicule
est réglée individuellement en usine
afin de maximiser le flux de carburant
à petite ouverture des gaz. Avant de
régler la vis de ralenti, la visser tout à
fait et compter le nombre de tours
nécessaires. Noter ce chiffre, car il
s’agit du réglage d’usine.

Ajuste del tornillo piloto
Se puede ajustar la riqueza de la mezcla
de aire y combustible con el acelerador
desde completamente cerrado hasta
abierto en 1/4 girando el tornillo piloto
1. Si gira hacia dentro el tornillo piloto,
la mezcla se empobrecerá a velocidades
bajas y si lo gira hacia fuera, se enrique-
cerá dicha mezcla.

NOTA:
Si fluctúa la velocidad de ralentí, gire
el tornillo piloto sólo 1/2 de vuelta en
cualquier dirección.
Para optimizar el flujo del combustible
a una abertura menor del acelerador,
cada tornillo piloto de la máquina ha
sido ajustado individualmente en
fábrica. Antes de ajustar el tornillo
piloto, gírelo completamente hacia
dentro y cuente el número de vueltas.
Registre este número como el número
de vueltas hacia fuera del ajuste de
fábrica.

1. Too rich at intermediate speeds
Rough engine operation is felt and the
engine will not pick up speed smoothly. In
this case, step up the jet needle clip by
one groove and move down the needle to
lean out the mixture.
2. Too lean at intermediate speeds
The engine breathes hard and will not
pick up speed quickly.
Step down the jet needle clip by one
groove and move up the needle to enrich
the mixture.

Düsennadel-Clip-Position ändern
Die Einstellung der Düsennadel-Clip-
Position 1 beeinflußt die Beschleu-
nigung bei 1/8-3/4 geöffnetem Gas-
drehgriff.
1. Zu fett bei mittleren Drehzah-
len
Rauher Motorlauf wird festge-
stellt, und der Motor beschleu-
nigt nicht glatt. In diesem Fall
den Düsennadel-Clip um eine
Nut höher stellen, um die Dü-
sennadel absenken und ein
magereres Gemisch zu erhal-
ten.
2. Zu mager bei mittleren Dreh-
zahlen
Der Motor “atmet schwer” und
beschleunigt nicht schnell.
Den Düsennadel-Clip um eine
Nut tiefer stellen, um die Nadel
anzuheben und ein fetteres
Gemisch zu erhalten.

Réglage de la position de l’aiguille
La position de l’aiguille 1 détermine
l’accélération à une ouverture des gaz de
1/8 à 3/4.
1. Trop riche à des vitesses intermé-
diaires
Le moteur réagit durement et
l’accélération est irrégulière. Il
convient alors afin d’appauvrir
l’émulsion, de rehausser d’un
cran le clip d’accrochage de
l’aiguille pour que l’aiguille
redescende.
2. Trop pauvre à des vitesses inter-
médiaires
Le moteur crachote et accélère
trop lentement.
Il faut enrichir l’émulsion en
abaissant d’un cran le clip
d’accrochage de l’aiguille afin de
relever celle-ci.

Ajuste de la posición de la ranura de
la aguja del surtidor
El ajuste de la posición de la aguja del
surtidor 1 tiene efectos sobre la acelera-
ción cuando el acelerador tiene una aber-
tura de 1/8 a 3/4.
1. Mezcla muy rica a velocidades
intermedias
Aparece un funcionamiento
brusco del motor y la velocidad
del motor no aumenta suave-
mente. En este caso, suba el clip
de la aguja del surtidor una ranura
y baje la aguja para empobrecer
la mezcla.
2. Mezcla muy pobre a velocidades
intermedias
El motor respira con dificultad y
no coge velocidad rápidamente.
Baje el clip de la aguja del surti-
dor una ranura y suba la aguja
para enriquecer la mezcla.

Changing the diameter of the straight portion
adjusts the air-fuel mixture when the throttle is
1/8 to 1/4 open.

The flow of the fuel through the carburetor
main system is controlled by the main jet and
then, it is further regulated by the area
between the main nozzle and the jet needle.
The fuel flow relates to the diameter of the
straight portion of the jet needle with the throt-
tle 1/8 to 1/4 open and relates to the clip posi-
tion with the throttle 1/8 to 3/4 open.
Therefore, the fuel flow is balanced at each
stage of throttle opening by the combination of
the jet needle straight portion diameter, and
clip position.

beeinflußt das Luft-Kraftstoff-

Zusammenhang mit der Gasdreh-
grifföffnung
Die durch das Vergaser-Hauptsy-
stem strömende Luftmenge wird
durch die Hauptdüse geregelt und
danach weiter durch die Fläche zwi-
schen der Hauptdüse und der
Düsennadel kontrolliert.
Der Kraftstofffluß entspricht bei etwa
1/8–1/4 geöffnetem Gasdrehgriff
dem Durchmesser des geraden Teils
der Düsennadel, bei etwa 1/8–3/4
geöffnetem Gasdrehgriff dagegen
der Düsennadel-Clip-Position.
Daher wird der Kraftstofffluß an jeder
Stufe der Gasdrehgrifföffnung durch
die Kombination des Durchmessers
des geraden Teils der Düsennadel
und der Düsennadel-Clip-Position
ausgeglichen.

Le débit d’essence dans le circuit princi-
pal du carburateur est contrôlé par le
gicleur principal ainsi que par la distance
entre le diffuseur et l’aiguille.
Le débit dépend du diamètre de la por-
tion droite de l’aiguille à une ouverture
des gaz de 1/8 à 1/4 et dépend de la posi-
tion du clip à une ouverture des gaz de 1/
8 à 3/4.
Le débit d’essence est réglé à chaque
degré d’ouverture des gaz par une com-

se ajusta la mezcla de aire y combustible
cuando el acelerador tiene una abertura

La circulación del combustible a través
del sistema principal del carburador es
controlada por el surtidor principal para
después ser regulada por la zona exis-
tente entre la boquilla principal y la
aguja del surtidor.
La circulación del combustible está rela-
cionada con el diámetro de la parte recta
de la aguja del surtidor con una abertura
del acelerador de 1/8 a 1/4 y la posición
del clip con una abertura del acelerador
de 1/8 a 3/4.
Por tanto, la circulación del combustible
está equilibrada en cada etapa de aber-
tura del acelerador mediante la combina-
ción del diámetro de la parte recta de la
aguja del surtidor y la posición del clip.
