ERSATZTEILE
1. Es wird empfohlen, nur Original-
Ersatzteile von Yamaha zu ver-
wenden. Nur von Yamaha emp-
fohlene Schmiermittel verwen-
den.
DICHTUNGEN, DICHTRINGE UND
O-RINGE
1. Beim Überholen des Motors sind
sämtliche Dichtungen, Dicht-
ringe und O-Ringe zu erneuern.
Alle Dichtflächen, Dichtlippen
und O-Ringe vor dem Zusam-
menbau säubern.
2. Beim Zusammenbau alle
beweglichen Teile sowie Lager
ölen. Alle Dichtlippen einfetten.
SICHERUNGSSCHEIBEN, -
BLECHE UND SPLINTE
1. Sicherungsscheiben und -bleche
1 sowie Splinte müssen nach
dem Ausbau erneuert werden.
Sicherungslaschen und Splin-
tenden werden nach dem vor-
schriftsmäßigen Festziehen der
Schraube bzw. Mutter gegen die
Schlüsselfläche der Schraube
bzw. Mutter hochgebogen.
LAGER UND DICHTRINGE
1. Lager 1 und Dichtringe 2 so
einbauen, daß die Herstellerbe-
schriftung oder Teilenummer
sichtbar bleibt. (Die Beschrif-
tung muß also nach außen wei-
sen.) Beim Einbau von
Dichtringen die Dichtlippen mit
einer dünnen Schicht Lithiumsei-
fenfett bestreichen. Lager beim
Einbau großzügig ölen.
ACHTUNG:
Lager nie mit Druckluft behandeln.
Dies könnte die Lagerlaufflächen
beschädigen. PIECES DE RECHANGE
1. Nous recommandons d’utiliser des
pièces Yamaha d’origine pour tous
les remplacements. Utiliser les
graisses et/ou huiles recommandées
par Yamaha lors des remontages et
réglages.
JOINTS, BAGUES D’ETANCHEITE
ET JOINTS TORIQUES
1. Lors de la révision du moteur, tous
les joints, bagues d’étanchéité et
joints toriques doivent être rempla-
cés. Toutes les surfaces des joints,
toutes les lèvres de bagues d’étan-
chéité et tous les joints toriques doi-
vent être nettoyés.
2. Lors du remontage, huiler correcte-
ment toutes les pièces en contact et
tous les roulements. Graisser les
lèvres des bagues d’étanchéité.
RONDELLES-FREINS, FREINS
D’ECROU ET GOUPILLES
FENDUES
1. Les rondelles-freins, freins d’écrou
1 et goupilles fendues ne peuvent
jamais être réutilisés. Replier les
onglets de blocage contre la ou les
faces du boulon ou de l’écrou après
avoir correctement serré ces der-
niers.
ROULEMENTS ET BAGUES
D’ETANCHEITE
1. Monter les roulements 1 et les
bagues d’étanchéité 2 en orientant
vers l’extérieur leurs marques ou
numéros de fabricant. (En d’autres
mots, les lettres poinçonnées doi-
vent se trouver sur la face visible.)
Lors de la mise en place des bagues
d’étanchéité, appliquer une légère
couche de graisse fluide à base de
lithium sur leurs lèvres. Huiler
généreusement les roulements avant
de les mettre en place.ATTENTION:
Ne pas sécher les roulements à l’air
comprimé. Cela endommagerait les

1. Si consiglia di utilizzare compo-
nenti originali Yamaha per tutte le
sostituzioni. Per assemblaggio e
regolazione, utilizzare olio e/o
grasso raccomandato da Yamaha.
GUARNIZIONI, PARAOLIO E
GUARNIZIONI CIRCOLARI
1. Quando si revisiona il motore,
devono essere sostituite tutte le
guarnizioni, i paraolio e le guarni-
zioni circolari. Pulire tutte le super-
fici delle guarnizioni, i labbri dei
paraolio e le guarnizioni circolari.
2. Lubrificare correttamente tutti i
cuscinetti e i componenti accoppiati
durante il riassemblaggio. Appli-
care grasso ai labbri dei paraolio.
RONDELLE/PIASTRINE DI
BLOCCAGGIO E COPIGLIE
1. Tutte le rondelle/piastrine di bloc-
caggio 1 e le copiglie devono
essere sostituite in caso di rimo-
zione. Piegare le linguette di bloc-
caggio lungo i bulloni o i dadi dopo
averli correttamente serrati.
CUSCINETTI E PARAOLIO
1. Installare i cuscinetti 1 e i paraolio
2 con i contrassegni o i numeri
identificativi del produttore rivolti
verso l’esterno. (In altre parole, le
lettere impresse devono trovarsi sul
lato visibile.) Quando s’installa il
paraolio, applicare un sottile strato
di grasso leggero a base di litio ai
labbri del paraolio. Durante l’instal-
lazione, lubrificare abbondante-
mente i cuscinetti.
ATTENZIONE:
Non utilizzare aria compressa per
asciugare i cuscinetti. La superficie dei
cuscinetti potrebbe danneggiarsi.

CIRCLIPS
1. All circlips should be inspected carefully
before reassembly. Always replace piston
pin clips after one use. Replace distorted
circlips. When installing a circlip 1, make
sure that the sharp-edged corner 2 is posi-
tioned opposite to the thrust 3 it receives.

SICHERUNGSRINGE
1. Sicherungsringe vor dem Wie-
dereinbau sorgfältig kontrollie-
ren. Kolbenbolzen-Sicherungs-
ringe müssen nach jedem
Ausbau erneuert werden. Bei
Verformung oder Beschädigung
erneuern. Beim Einbau eines
Sicherungsringes 1 stets darauf
achten, daß die scharfkantige
Seite 2 den Ring gegen die
Druckrichtung 3 abstützt. Siehe
entsprechende Abbildung.
4Welle
CIRCLIPS
1. Vérifier soigneusement tous les cir-
clips avant le remontage. Toujours
remplacer les circlips d’axe de pis-
ton après chaque utilisation. Rem-
placer tout circlip déformé. Lors du
montage d’un circlip 1, veiller à ce
que le côté non chanfreiné 2 soit
positionné du côté opposé à la pous-
sée 3 qu’il reçoit. Voir la vue en
coupe.

ANELLI ELASTICI DI SICUREZZA
1. Controllare accuratamente tutti gli
anelli elastici di sicurezza prima
dell’assemblaggio. Sostituire sem-
pre i fermi dello spinotto del pistone
dopo averli utilizzati una volta.
Sostituire gli anelli elastici di sicu-
rezza deformati. Quando si installa
un anello elastico di sicurezza 1,
assicurarsi che lo spigolo vivo 2
sia posizionato sul lato opposto alla
spinta 3 che riceve. Vedere la
sezione.

CHECKING OF CONNECTION

CHECKING OF CONNECTION
Dealing with stains, rust, moisture, etc. on the
connector.
1. Disconnect:
Connector
2. Dry each terminal with an air blower.
3. Connect and disconnect the connector two
or three times.
4. Pull the lead to check that it will not come
off.
5. If the terminal comes off, bend up the pin
1 and reinsert the terminal into the con-
nector.
6. Connect:

NOTE:
The two connectors “click” together.
7. Check for continuity with a tester.
NOTE:
If there in no continuity, clean the terminals.
Be sure to perform the steps 1 to 7 listed
above when checking the wire harness.
For a field remedy, use a contact revitalizer
available on the market.
Use the tester on the connector as shown.

KABELANSCHLÜSSE
KONTROLLIEREN
Sämtliche Steckverbinderkontakte
und Kabelanschlüsse auf Flecke,
Rost, Feuchtigkeit u. ä. kontrollieren.
1. Lösen:
Steckverbinder
2. Sämtliche Kontakte mit Druckluft
trockenblasen.
3. Steckverbinder zwei- oder drei-
mal trennen und verbinden.
4. Kabel durch Ziehen auf festen
Sitz prüfen.
5. Falls eine Anschlußklemme sich
löst, deren Stift 1 leicht hoch-
biegen und die Anschlußklemme
wieder einsetzen.
6. Anschließen:
Steckverbinder
HINWEIS:
Die Steckverbinder rasten hörbar
ein.
7. Mit dem Taschen-Multimeter auf
freien Durchgang prüfen.
HINWEIS:
Ist ein Widerstand meßbar, müs-
sen die Anschlußklemmen gerei-
nigt werden.
Bei der Prüfung des Kabelbaums
müssen die Schritte 1 bis 7 befolgt
werden.
Handelsübliches Kontaktspray
sollte nur als Notlösung verwendet
werden.
Das Taschen-Multimeter, wie in
der Abbildung gezeigt, anschlie-
ßen.
VERIFICATION DES
CONNEXIONS
Traitement des taches, de la rouille, de
l’humidité, etc., sur le connecteur.
1. Déconnecter:

2. Sécher chaque borne à l’air com-
primé.
3. Connecter et déconnecter le connec-
teur deux ou trois fois.
4. Tirer sur le fil pour vérifier qu’il ne
se détache pas.
5. Si la borne se détache, redresser la
lame 1 de la broche et réinsérer la
borne dans le connecteur.
6. Brancher:

N.B.:Les deux connecteurs s’encliquettent.
7. Vérifier la continuité à l’aide d’un
multimètre.
N.B.:
S’il n’y a pas de continuité, nettoyer
les bornes.
Ne pas oublier d’effectuer les étapes 1
à 7 ci-dessus lors du contrôle du fais-
ceau de fils.
En cas de dépannage sur place, utiliser
un produit de contact disponible dans
le commerce.
Tester le connecteur comme illustré.
CONTROLLO DEL

spinotto 1 e reinserire il terminale
nel connettore.

7. Controllare la continuità con un
tester.
NOTA:
Se non c’è continuità, pulire i termi-
nali.
Durante il controllo del cablaggio elet-
trico, assicurarsi di eseguire le opera-
zioni da 1 a 7 elencate sopra.
Come soluzione sul campo, utilizzare
un dispositivo di ripristino del contatto
disponibile sul mercato.
Utilizzare il tester sul connettore come
segue.
