The following operation will require a voltmeter, ac-

²  Starter solenoid 
²  Starter relay (Fig. 2) 
²  Neutral starting and back-up switch with auto- 
matic transmissions
²  Clutch ped

tions. Particularly at starter terminals.
²  Repeat test. If engine still fails to crank properly,
