HINWEIS:
Bei defekter Schaltgabel nicht nur
die Schaltgabel selbst, sondern auch
die beiden jeweils danebenliegenden
Zahnräder austauschen.

HINWEIS:
lMolybdändisulfidöl auf den Innen-
umfang und auf das Oberflächen-
ende am 4. und 5. Ritzelgetriebe
auftragen.
lDas Molybdändisulfid-Öl auf der
Ritzel für den 2. und 3. Gang auf-
tragen. Fourchette, tambour et barillet
1. Contrôler:

Usure/endommagement/rayu-
res ® Remplacer.
2. Contrôler:

Remplacer.

N.B.:
Lorsque la fourchette fonctionne mal,
remplacer non seulement la fourchette
mais aussi les deux pignons adjacents à
la fourchette.

1. Monter:
lPignon de 5ème (24D) 1
lPignon de 3ème (20D) 2
lCollerette 3
lPignon de 4ème (22D) 4
lPignon de 2ème (16D) 5
Sur l’arbre primaire 6.
N.B.:
lAppliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence inté-
rieure des 4e et 5e pignons et sur
l’extrémité.
lAppliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence

Sostituire la forcella del cambio.
NOTA:
Per una forcella del cambio che non fun-
ziona correttamente, sostituire non solo
la forcella del cambio ma anche i due
ingranaggi adiacenti alla forcella del
cambio.
MONTAGGIO ED INSTALLA-
ZIONE
Trasmissione
1. Installare:
lIngranaggio a pignone per 5a
(24T) 1
lIngranaggio a pignone per 3a
(20T) 2
lCollarino 3
lIngranaggio a pignone per 4a
(22T) 4
lIngranaggio a pignone per 2a
(16T) 5
All’asse principale 6.
NOTA:
lApplicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna
dell’ingranaggio a pignone per la 4a e
la 5a e sulla superficie terminale.
lApplicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna
dell’ingranaggio a pignone per la 2a e
la 3a.

l4th wheel gear (27T) 2

To drive axle 7.
NOTE:
lApply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
1st, 2nd and 3rd wheel gears inner circum-
ference and on the end surface.
lApply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
4th and 5th wheel gears inner circumfer-
ence.
lApply the lithium soap base grease on the O-
ring.
3. Install:
lWasher 1
lCirclip 2
NOTE:
lBe sure the circlip sharp-edged corner a is
positioned opposite side to the washer and
gear b.
lBe sure the circlip end c is positioned at
axle spline groove d.
4. Install:
lCollar 1
NOTE:
lApply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.
lWhen installing the collar into the crankcase,
pay careful attention to the crankcase oil seal
lip.

Zahnräder für den 4. und 5. Gang
auftragen.
lLithiumfett auf den O-Ring auftra-
gen.
3. Montieren:
lUnterlegscheibe 1
lSicherungsring 2
HINWEIS:
lDarauf achten, daß die scharfe
Kante a des Sicherungsringes
nicht an der Beilagscheibe und am
Zahnrad b anliegt.
lSicherstellen, daß die Sicherungs-
ring-Enden c an einer Nut d der
Wellenverzahnung eingreifen.
4. Montieren:
lHülse 1
HINWEIS:
lLithiumseifen-Schmierfett auf der
Öldichtungslippe auftragen.
lBeim Einbauen des Distanzstücks
im Kurbelgehäuse ist auf die Öl-
dichtungslippe des Kurbelgehäu-
ses zu achten. 2. Monter:
lPignon de 2ème (28D) 1
lPignon de 4ème (27D) 2
lPignon de 3ème (29D) 3
lPignon de 5ème (25D) 4
lPignon de 1ère (30D) 5
lJoint torique 6
Sur l’axe moteur 7.
N.B.:
lAppliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence inté-
rieure des lre, 2e et 3 roues dentées et
sur l’extrémité.
lAppliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence
interne des 4 et 5 engrenages.
lEnduire le joint torique de graisse à
base de savon au lithium.
3. Monter:
lRondelle 1
lCirclip 2
N.B.:
lVérifier que le côté à bord vif du cir-
clip a soit opposé à la rondelle située
contre le pignon b.
lVérifier que l’extrémité du circlip c
est située dans une gorge de l’axe d.
4. Monter:
lCollerette 1
N.B.:
lAppliquer la graisse à base de savon
au lithium sur la lèvre de la bague
d’étanchéité.
lLors du montage de l’entretoise sur le
carter, prendre garde à la lèvre du joint
d’étanchéité du carter.2. Installare:
lIngranaggio a ruota per la 2a
(28T) 1
lIngranaggio a ruota per la 4a
(27T) 2
lIngranaggio a ruota per la 3a
(29T) 3
lIngranaggio a ruota per la 5a
(25T) 4
lIngranaggio a ruota per la 1a
(30T) 5

All’asse conduttore 7.
NOTA:
lApplicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna della
1a, 2a e 3a marcia a ruota e sulla
superficie terminale.
lApplicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna della
4a e 5a marcia a ruota.
lApplicare grasso a base di sapone di
litio sull’O-ring.
3. Installare:
lRondella 1
lAnello elastico di arresto 2
NOTA:
lAssicurarsi che lo spigolo vivo
dell’anello elastico di arresto a sia
posizionato sul lato opposto della ron-
della piana e dell’ingranaggio b.
lAccertarsi che l’estremità dell’anello
elastico di arresto c sia posizionata
nella scanalatura dell’asse d.
4. Installare:
lCollarino 1
NOTA:
lApplicare grasso a base di sapone di
litio al labbro del paraolio.
lQuando si installa il collarino nel car-
ter, prestare particolare attenzione al

lShift fork 1 (L) 1
lShift fork 2 (C) 2
lShift fork 3 (R) 3
lShift cam 4
To main axle and drive axle.
NOTE:
lApply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
shift fork grooves.
lMesh the shift fork #1 (L) with the 4th wheel
gear 5 and #3 (R) with the 5th wheel gear
7 on the drive axle.
lMesh the shift fork #2 (C) with the 3rd pinion
gear 6 on the main axle.
6. Install:
lTransmission assembly 1
To left crankcase 2.
NOTE:
Apply the engine oil on the bearings and guide
bars.
7. Check:
lShifter operation
lTransmission operation
Unsmooth operation ® Repair.

HINWEIS:

der Schaltgabel auftragen.
lDie Schaltgabel Nr. 1 (L) mit dem
Hauptwellen-Zahnrad für den 4.
Gand 5 und die Schaltgabel Nr. 3
(R) mit dem Hauptwellen-Zahnrad
für den 5. Gang 7 in Eingriff brin-
gen.
lDie Schaltgabel Nr. 2 (C) mit dem
Vorgelegewelle-Zahnrad für den 3.
Gang 6 in Eingriff bringen.
6. Montieren:
lGetriebeeinheit 1
(zum linken Kurbelgehäuse
2)
HINWEIS:
Motoröl auf die Lager und die Füh-
rungsstangen auftragen.
7. Kontrollieren:
lFunktion der Gangschaltung
lFunktion des Getriebes
Ungleichmäßiger Betrieb ®
Reparieren. 5. Monter:
lFourchette 1 (L) 1
lFourchette 2 (C) 2
lFourchette 3 (R) 3
lTambour 4
A l’axe principal et l’axe
moteur.
N.B.:
lAppliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur les rainures de la four-
chette de sélecteur.
lEngrener la fourchette n˚1 (L) avec le
pignon de roue de 4ème 5 et la four-
chette n˚3 (R) avec le pignon de 5ème
7 de l’arbre secondaire.
lEngrener la fourchette n˚2 (C) avec le
pignon de 3ème 6 de l’arbre pri-
maire.
6. Monter:
lEnsemble boîte à vitesse 1
Vers le demi-carter gauche 2.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur les rou-
lements et les barres de guidage.
7. Contrôler:

lIngranare la forcella del cambio 1 (L)
con l’ingranaggio a ruota per la 4a 5
e la 3 (R) con l’ingranaggio a ruota per
la 5a 7 sull’asse conduttore.
lIngranare la forcella del cambio 2 (C)
con l’ingranaggio a pignone per la 3a
6 sull’asse principale.
6. Installare:
lGruppo trasmissione 1
Al carter sinistro 2.
NOTA:
Applicare olio motore ai cuscinetti e alle
barre guida.
