Déposer en insérant un tournevis à lame droite sous
le repère a du capuchon (à gauche).
Roulement

Déposer le roulement en appuyant sur sa cage
externe.
CONTROLE
Nettoyer les roulements, les bagues, les entretoises
épaulées dans du solvant.
Bras oscillant

Jeu/rotation irrégulière/rouille → Remplacer
ensemble le roulement et la bague.
2. Contrôler:
Bague d’étanchéité 3
Endommagement → Remplacer.

ring drücken.
KONTROLLE
Die Lager, Buchsen und Distanzhülsen mit
einem Lösungsmittel reinigen.
Schwinge
1. Kontrollieren:
Lager 1
Buchse 2
Spiel vorhanden/stockend/rostig → Lager
und Buchse satzweise erneuern.
2. Kontrollieren:
Dichtring 3
Beschädigt → Erneuern.
Umlenkhebel
1. Kontrollieren:
Lager 1
Distanzhülse 2
Spiel vorhanden/stockend/rostig → Lager
und Distanzhülse satzweise erneuern.
2. Kontrollieren:
Dichtring 3
Beschädigt → Erneuern.

Bearing and oil seal
1. Install:
•Bearing 1
•Oil seal 2
To swingarm.
NOTE:
•Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on
the bearing when installing.
•Install the bearing by pressing it on the side
having the manufacture’s marks or numbers.
•First install the outer and then the inner bear-
ings to a specified depth from inside.
Installed depth of bearings:
Outer
a: Zero mm (Zero in)
Inner
b: 6.5 mm (0.26 in)
2. Install:
•Bearing 1
•Plain washer 2
•Oil seal 3
To relay arm.
NOTE:
•Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on
the bearing when installing.
•Install the bearing by pressing it on the side
having the manufacture’s marks or numbers.
•Apply the molybdenum disulfide grease on
the plain washer.
