Schaltgabeln und Schaltwalze
1. Kontrollieren:
Schaltgabel 1
Verschleiß/Beschädigung/
Riefen → Erneuern.
2. Kontrollieren:
Schaltwalze 1
Segment 2
Verschleiß/Beschädigung →
Erneuern.
3.Überprüfen:
Schaltgabelbewegung
Schwergängig → Schaltga-
bel austauschen.
HINWEIS:
Bei defekter Schaltgabel nicht nur
die Schaltgabel selbst, sondern auch
die beiden jeweils danebenliegenden
Zahnräder austauschen.
ZUSAMMENBAU UND MONTAGE
Getriebe
1. Montieren:
Ritzel 5. Gang (24 Zähne) 1
Ritzel 3. Gang (20 Zähne) 2
Distanzhülse 3
Ritzel 4. Gang (22 Zähne) 4
Ritzel 2. Gang (16 Zähne) 5
(auf die Eingangswelle 6)
HINWEIS:
Molybdändisulfidöl auf den Innen-
umfang und auf das Oberflächen-
ende am 4. und 5. Ritzelgetriebe
auftragen.
Das Molybdändisulfid-Öl auf der
Ritzel für den 2. und 3. Gang auf-
tragen. Fourchette, tambour et barillet
1. Contrôler:
Fourchette 1
Usure/endommagement/rayu-
res → Remplacer.
2. Contrôler:
Tambour 1
Barillet 2
Usure/endommagement →
Remplacer.
3. Contrôler:
Mouvement de la fourchette
Fonctionnement irrégulier →
Remplacer la fourchette.
N.B.:
Lorsque la fourchette fonctionne mal,
remplacer non seulement la fourchette
mais aussi les deux pignons adjacents à
la fourchette.
ASSEMBLAGE ET MONTAGE
Boîte à vitesses
1. Monter:
Pignon de 5ème (24D) 1
Pignon de 3ème (20D) 2
Collerette 3
Pignon de 4ème (22D) 4
Pignon de 2ème (16D) 5
Sur l’arbre primaire 6.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence inté-
rieure des 4e et 5e pignons et sur
l’extrémité.
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence

Usura/danno/graffi → Sostitu-
ire.
2. Ispezionare:
Camma del cambio 1
Segmento 2
Usura/danno → Sostituire.
3. Controllare:
Movimento della forcella del
cambio
Azionamento non agevole →
Sostituire la forcella del cambio.
NOTA:
Per una forcella del cambio che non fun-
ziona correttamente, sostituire non solo
la forcella del cambio ma anche i due
ingranaggi adiacenti alla forcella del
cambio.
MONTAGGIO ED INSTALLA-
ZIONE
Trasmissione
1. Installare:
Ingranaggio a pignone per 5a
(24T) 1
Ingranaggio a pignone per 3a
(20T) 2
Collarino 3
Ingranaggio a pignone per 4a
(22T) 4
Ingranaggio a pignone per 2a
(16T) 5
All’asse principale 6.
NOTA:
Applicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna
dell’ingranaggio a pignone per la 4a e
la 5a e sulla superficie terminale.
Applicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna
dell’ingranaggio a pignone per la 2a e
la 3a.

2. Install:
2nd wheel gear (28T) 1
4th wheel gear (27T) 2
3rd wheel gear (29T) 3
5th wheel gear (25T) 4
1st wheel gear (30T) 5
O-ring 6
To drive axle 7.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
1st, 2nd and 3rd wheel gears inner circum-
ference and on the end surface.
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
4th and 5th wheel gears inner circumfer-
ence.
Apply the lithium soap base grease on the O-
ring.
3. Install:
Washer 1
Circlip 2
NOTE:
Be sure the circlip sharp-edged corner a is
positioned opposite side to the washer and
gear b.
Install the circlip with its ends c settled
evenly on the spline crests.

4. Install:
Collar 1
NOTE:
Apply the lithium soap base grease on the oil
seal lip.
When installing the collar into the crankcase,
pay careful attention to the crankcase oil seal
lip.

HINWEIS:
Molybdändisulfidöl auf den Innen-
umfang und auf das Oberflächen-
ende an 1., 2. und 3. Radgetriebe
auftragen.
Das Molybdändisulfid-Öl auf der
Zahnräder für den 4. und 5. Gang
auftragen.
Lithiumfett auf den O-Ring auftra-
gen.
3. Montieren:
Unterlegscheibe 1
Sicherungsring 2
HINWEIS:
Darauf achten, daß die scharfe
Kante a des Sicherungsringes
nicht an der Beilagscheibe und am
Zahnrad b anliegt.
Den Sicherungsring mit seinem
Ende c gleichmäßig auf den Ver-
zahnungsauflagen sitzend einbau-
en.
4. Montieren:
Hülse 1
HINWEIS:
Lithiumseifen-Schmierfett auf der
Öldichtungslippe auftragen.
Beim Einbauen des Distanzstücks
im Kurbelgehäuse ist auf die Öl-
dichtungslippe des Kurbelgehäu-
ses zu achten. 2. Monter:
Pignon de 2ème (28D) 1
Pignon de 4ème (27D) 2
Pignon de 3ème (29D) 3
Pignon de 5ème (25D) 4
Pignon de 1ère (30D) 5
Joint torique 6
Sur l’axe moteur 7.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence inté-
rieure des lre, 2e et 3 roues dentées et
sur l’extrémité.
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur la circonférence
interne des 4 et 5 engrenages.
Enduire le joint torique de graisse à
base de savon au lithium.
3. Monter:
Rondelle 1
Circlip 2
N.B.:
Vérifier que le côté à bord vif du cir-
clip a soit opposé à la rondelle située
contre le pignon b.
Installer le circlip en positionnant ses
extrémités c bien assises sur la crête
des cannelures.
4. Monter:
Collerette 1
N.B.:
Appliquer la graisse à base de savon
au lithium sur la lèvre de la bague
d’étanchéité.
Lors du montage de l’entretoise sur le
carter, prendre garde à la lèvre du joint
d’étanchéité du carter.2. Installare:
Ingranaggio a ruota per la 2a
(28T) 1
Ingranaggio a ruota per la 4a
(27T) 2
Ingranaggio a ruota per la 3a
(29T) 3
Ingranaggio a ruota per la 5a
(25T) 4
Ingranaggio a ruota per la 1a
(30T) 5
O-ring 6
All’asse conduttore 7.
NOTA:
Applicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna della
1a, 2a e 3a marcia a ruota e sulla
superficie terminale.
Applicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulla circonferenza interna della
4a e 5a marcia a ruota.
Applicare grasso a base di sapone di
litio sull’O-ring.
3. Installare:
Rondella 1
Anello elastico di arresto 2
NOTA:
Assicurarsi che lo spigolo vivo
dell’anello elastico di arresto a sia
posizionato sul lato opposto della ron-
della piana e dell’ingranaggio b.
Installare l’anello elastico di arresto
con le estremità c disposte in modo
uniforme sulle creste degli intagli.
4. Installare:
Collarino 1
NOTA:
Applicare grasso a base di sapone di
litio al labbro del paraolio.
Quando si installa il collarino nel car-
ter, prestare particolare attenzione al

5. Install:
Shift fork 1 (L) 1
Shift fork 2 (C) 2
Shift fork 3 (R) 3
Shift cam 4
To main axle and drive axle.
NOTE:
Apply the molybdenum disulfide oil on the
shift fork grooves.
Mesh the shift fork #1 (L) with the 4th wheel
gear 5 and #3 (R) with the 5th wheel gear
7 on the drive axle.
Mesh the shift fork #2 (C) with the 3rd pinion
gear 6 on the main axle.
6. Install:
Transmission assembly 1
To left crankcase 2.
NOTE:
Apply the engine oil on the bearings and guide
bars.
7. Check:
Shifter operation
Transmission operation
Unsmooth operation → Repair.

5. Montieren:
Schaltgabel 1 (L) 1
Schaltgabel 2 (C) 2
Schaltgabel 3 (R) 3
Schaltnocke 4
(an der Hauptwelle und der
Vorgelegewelle)
HINWEIS:
Molybdändisulfidöl auf die Nuten
der Schaltgabel auftragen.
Die Schaltgabel Nr. 1 (L) mit dem
Hauptwellen-Zahnrad für den 4.
Gand 5 und die Schaltgabel Nr. 3
(R) mit dem Hauptwellen-Zahnrad
für den 5. Gang 7 in Eingriff brin-
gen.
Die Schaltgabel Nr. 2 (C) mit dem
Vorgelegewelle-Zahnrad für den 3.
Gang 6 in Eingriff bringen.
6. Montieren:
Getriebeeinheit 1
(zum linken Kurbelgehäuse
2)
HINWEIS:
Motoröl auf die Lager und die Füh-
rungsstangen auftragen.
7. Kontrollieren:
Funktion der Gangschaltung
Funktion des Getriebes
Ungleichmäßiger Betrieb →
Reparieren. 5. Monter:
Fourchette 1 (L) 1
Fourchette 2 (C) 2
Fourchette 3 (R) 3
Tambour 4
A l’axe principal et l’axe
moteur.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile au bisulfure de
molybdène sur les rainures de la four-
chette de sélecteur.
Engrener la fourchette n˚1 (L) avec le
pignon de roue de 4ème 5 et la four-
chette n˚3 (R) avec le pignon de 5ème
7 de l’arbre secondaire.
Engrener la fourchette n˚2 (C) avec le
pignon de 3ème 6 de l’arbre pri-
maire.
6. Monter:
Ensemble boîte à vitesse 1
Vers le demi-carter gauche 2.
N.B.:
Appliquer de l’huile moteur sur les rou-
lements et les barres de guidage.
7. Contrôler:
Fonctionnement du sélecteur
Fonctionnement de la boîte de
vitesses
Fonctionnement dur → Répa-
rer.5. Installare:
Forcella del cambio 1 (L) 1
Forcella del cambio 2 (C) 2
Forcella del cambio 3 (R) 3
Camma del cambio 4
All’asse principale e all’asse
conduttore.
NOTA:
Applicare olio al disolfuro di molib-
deno sulle scanalature della forcella
del cambio.
Ingranare la forcella del cambio 1 (L)
con l’ingranaggio a ruota per la 4a 5
e la 3 (R) con l’ingranaggio a ruota per
la 5a 7 sull’asse conduttore.
Ingranare la forcella del cambio 2 (C)
con l’ingranaggio a pignone per la 3a
6 sull’asse principale.
6. Installare:
Gruppo trasmissione 1
Al carter sinistro 2.
NOTA:
Applicare olio motore ai cuscinetti e alle
barre guida.
7. Controllare:
