Olkaa varovainen lahtiessanne liikkeelle.
(2) Moottoria kaynnistettaessa suoritetaan samat nappuloiden saad6t kuin moottoria sammutettaessa. (3) Ilman viilennyksen alkaessa saattaa tuulettimista virtaava
ilma olla hetken aikaa sumuntapaista. Tama johtuu no­peasti viilenneesta kosteasta ilmasta.

1-Paina takailmastointilaitteen
katkaisinta. Takailmastointilaite voidaan laittaa
paalle tai sammuttaa
joko etuistui­men tai takaistuimen katkaisimella.
Etuistuimen katkaisin
Takailmastointilaite tulee paalle katkai­
sinta painamalla .
Merkkivalo (A) palaa takailmastointilait­teen ollessa paalla.

NOTE (1) During cooling, the idle rpm will increase by approximately 200 rpm.
Appropriate care should be taken when starting off from a
stop .
(2) When the engine is started, the operation will be the same as for the settings of the knobs just before the engine was stopped. (3) A mist may be seen coming from the air outlets for a few moments when cooling is started. This is simply the result of humid air being suddenly cooled.

Operating the system as a rear air
conditioner EH18B-A
1- Press the rear air conditioner switch. The rear air conditioner can be turned on or off by operating the switch at the front seat as well as that at the rear seat.
Switch at front seat
Pressing the switch turns on the rear air
conditioner.
While the rear air conditioner is in oper­ation, indicator lamp (A) comes on.

tulee piiiille HEATER, COOLER ja OFF­
tila (sammuksissa), tiissii jiirjestyksessii .
Merkkivalon (A) palaessa liimmityslaite
on piiiillii. Jos merkkivalo (8) palaa , on ilmanjiiiihdytin paalla.

Switch at rear seat
Type 1
Pressing the switch turns on the rear air conditioner. While the rear air condi­tioner is in operation , indicator lamp (A)
comes on.
Type 2

Every time the switch is pressed , switch­ing to HEATER, COOLER and OFF is
made in that order. When indicator lamp (A) is on, the heater is in operation. If indicator lamp (8) is on, the cooler is in
operation.

2 -Adjust the blower speed as desired
by turning the blower speed control knob.
There are three blower speeds for control of the amount of air flow. 3-Adjust to the desired temperature by turning the temperature control lever.
(1) When the engine coolant temperature is low, moving the
lever to the high temperature side does not change the air
temperature .
(2) When not in use , place the lever in the COOL position (Type 2).

switch (1) until both indi­cator lamps (A) and (B) go out. When the indicator lamps go out. the rear air conditioner stops operation.

The cigarette lighter can be used while the ignition switch is at either the "ON" or "ACC" position.
1-Push all the way in.
The lighter
will automatically return to its original position with a "click" when
ready. Pull it out for use.

& CAUTION (1) 00 not touch heating element or lighter housing. hold at the knob only. (2) Something is wrong with the cigarette lighter if it does not pop back out within approximately 30 seconds of being pushed in. Leaving the cigarette lighter pushed in for an extended period could cause a fire. If it does not pop out by itself. pull it out and have the problem corrected at an autho­rized MITSUBISHI dealer.
(3) Do not leave the cigarette lighter pushed down nor insert the cigarette lighter removed from other vehicle. Otherwise. the lighter may overheat and cause a fire.

To use the ashtray, open up the lid. To
remove the ashtray, open the lid and lift upward holding the lid.
