2500 models When replacing the lamp bulb at the right side, remove the air cleaner mount­
ing bolts, and take out the air cleaner .
Unhook the spring which secures the
bulb, and then remove the bulb.
Disconnect the connector and remove
the sealing cover from the lamp housing.

Kaanna Iyhtya vastapaivaan ja veda se ulos.
Liikuttakaa Iyhtya eteenpain ja irrottakaa
se. Kun vaihdatte etusuuntavalojen polt­
timoa, kiertakaa lampunpidiketta vasta­
pajvaan ja vetakaa se ulos. Irrott akaa
sitten polttimo. Pysaytysvalon ' polttimo irrotetaan
pidikkeestaan .
Lyhty asennetaan laittama lla Iyhdyn tappi yhteen korin reian kanssa .

& CAUTION Never hold the halogen lamp bulb with a bare hand, dirty glove, etc. If the glass surface is dirty, it must
be cleaned with alcohol. paint thinner. etc., and install it after drying it thoroughly.
Front combination lamps ENIOWB
When replace the lamp bulb at the left
side , take out the engi ne coolant reser ­
voir . Remove the lens
mounting bolt.
Remove the hook inside the engine compartment which secures the lamp
unit.
Slide
the lamp unit forward to remove it. When replacing the front turn signal lamp , turn the lamp socket anti­clockwise and pullout it and remove the
lamp bulb. When replacing the position lamp, re­
move the bulb from the lamp holder. When mounting th e lamp unit. align the
pin on the lamp unit with the hole in the body.

move the lens .
Each bulb can be removed by turning it anti-clockwise while pressing it inward.

Asianmukainen huolenpito ja maaraaikainen huolto sailyttaa ajoneuvonne kauniin ulkohaon ja korkean myyntiarvon mah­dollisimman pitkaan .
Eraat huoltotoimenpiteet voi omistaja itse suorittaa , kun taas toiset tulisi suorittaa ainoastaan valtuutetussa huoltokorjaa­
mossa (Maaraaikaistarkastus ja -huolto). Tiima kappale kasit­
telee ainoastaan sellaisia toimenpiteita jotka omistaja voi itse
suorittaa. Jos huomaatte jonkun toimintahairion tai muun vian ,
kaantykaa valtuutetun M ITSU B ISH I huoltokorjaamon puoleen
korjausta varten. Tama osa kasittelee huoltotoimenpiteita jotka
omistaja voi halutessaan itse suorittaa. Seuratkaa tarkoin jo­
kaista toimenpidetta koskevia ohjeita ja varoituksia .
& VAROITUS (1) Tarkastaessanne moottoritilassa olevia laitteita varmistakaa etta moottori ei kay ja on ehtinyt jaahtya. (2) Jos on valttamatonta etta moottori on kaynnissa,
olkaa erityisen varovainen etteivat vaatteenne,
hiuksenne tai muu tartu kiinni tuulettimeen, kiila­
hihnaan tai muihin liikkuviin osiin,
(3) Vaara autossa kayiettyjen osien ja materiaalien kaytto saattaa vaarantaa turvallisuuttanne. Neuvotelkaa valtuutetun MITSUBISHI­huoltoliikkeenkanssa aina kun jotain epaselvaa il­
menee.

Adequate care of your vehicle at regular intervals serves to preserve the value and appearance as long as possible .
Some maintenance items can be carried out by the owner (do it yourself), while others should be done only by an authorized
dealer (periodic inspection and maintenance) . This section describes only those items which can be carried out by the
owner. In the event a malfunction or other problem is discov­ered, have it corrected by an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer .
This section contains information on inspection maintenance
procedures that you can do yourself , if you so desire. Follow the
in structions and cautions for each of the various procedures .
& CAUTION (1) When checking or servicing the inside of the engine compartment, be sure the engine is stopped and
has had a change to cool down.
(2) If it is necessary to do work in the engine compart­ment with the engine running, be especially care­ful that your clothing, hair, etc., does not become caught by the fan, V belts, or other moving parts. (3) Improper handling of components and materials used in the vehicle can endanger your personal
safety. Consult an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer for necessary information.
