·Lh CAUTION (1) Don't drive your vehicle in the "4llc" or "4Hlc" position on the public road; this would result in early wear of the tyres, clutch and other parts,
increased fuel consumption and possible noise
generation.
(2) Use 1st gear in the "4LLc" position for very low­speed off-road driving. (3) The operation indication lamp flashes while shift­ing is in progress.

HUOM 1. Kun jakovaihteiston vipu vaihdetaan hitaasti asennosta "2H" asentoon "4H", vaihteisto saattaa pitaa kovaa aanta.
Vaihda tiilloin takaisin asentoon "2H", tarkista, etta 2/4 pyoravedon merkkivalossa nakyy "2H" ja vaihda sitten
uudelleen asennosta "2H" asentoon "4H ". 2. Kun vaihdetaan asennosta "2H" asentoon "4H" heti kyl­
massa ajon jalkeen, vaihteisto saattaa pitaa kovaa aanta.
Vaihda uudelleen
ajoneuvon ollessa pysaytettyna.
3. Keskitasauspyoraston lukon merkkivalo ei kenties syty heti
vaikka on vaihdettu asennosta "4H" asentoon "4HLc". 4. Jos merkkivalo ei muutu nopeasti vaikka on vaihdettu
asennosta "4HLc" asentoon "4H " tai asennosta "4H" asentoon "2H", paina kaasupoljinta hitaasti muutaman kerran ajoneuvon kulkiessa suoraan eteenpain .

~ CAUTION . . .. Do not operate the transfer shift lever while the rear
wheels of a vehicle ' are slipping on a snow road.
NOTE
1 . If the transfer shift lever is shifted slowly from "2H" to "4H", the transmission gear may make a noise. In this case, shift back the transfer shift lever to "2H", and then after confirming that 2WD/4WD operation indication lamp is on "2H", proceed with shifting the lever from "2H" to "4H" again.
2 . When the shift gear is shifted from "2H" to "4H" soon after driving the vehicle in a cold weather distri ct, the transmis­sion gear may make a noise , So try to shift the gear while the vehicle is stopped.
3 . The center differential lock lamp may delay to illuminate even if the shift lever is shifted from "4H" to "4HLc".
4 . In case the operation indication lamp does not change quickly even if the shift lever is shifted from "4HLc" to "4H", or from "4H" to "2H", depress the accelerator slowly a few times with the vehicle running straight ahead.

dollista ajoneuvon ollessa pysiiytetty tai sen liikkuessa . Jos vaihto aiotaan tehdii ajoneuvon liikkuessa, vaihda kaasu­polkimen vapauttamisen jiilkeen ajoneu­von kulkiessa suoraan eteenpiiin.
HUOM Vaihto asentojen "2H" ja "4H" viilillii
tulee tehdii aile 100 km/h nopeudessa.

Vaihto
niiiden asentojen viilillii on mahdollista ajoneuvon 01-lessa pysiiytetty.
Vaihto on suoritettava joko sen jiilkeen , kun kytkin on painettu
pohjaan tai vaihteiston vipu on asetettu vapaalle painettaessa
jakovaihteiston vipua alas.

The lever can be operated between these positions while the vehicle is either
stopped or moving. In case the opera­tion is to be made while the vehicle is moving, ope rate the lever after easing
the accelerator pedal with the vehicle running straight ahead.
NOTE Shifting of the lever between "2H" <=t "4H" should be made at the speed be­low 100 km/h(62 mph).

The lever can be operated
between these positions while the
vehicle is stopped .
The operation should be made after either depressing the clutch pedal or setting the transmission shift lever to the neutral
position while keeping the transfer shift lever pushed down.

vaihtaa ajoneuvon ollessa pysaytettyna ,
siirra jakovaihteiston vipua asetettuasi valintavivun asentoon "N " (vapaalle) . Jos aiotaan vaihtaa ajoneuvon liik­
kuessa , siirra jakovaihteiston vipua ase­
tettuasi valintavivun asentoon "0" (ajo) .
HUOM Vaihto asentojen "2H" ja "4H" valilla
tulee tehda aile
100 km/h nopeudessa .

Vaihto naiden asentojen valilla on mahdollista ajoneuvon 01-lessa pysaytetty.
Vaihto on suoritettava asetettua valintavipu asentoon "N" (va­
paalle) jakovaihteiston vivun ollessa painettuna alas.
HUOM Koska automaattivaihteisissa ajoneuvoissa on vapaa -asento
asentojen "4HLc" ja "4LLc" valilla , siirra lujalla otteella kunnes
merkkivalo syttyy.

The lever can be operated between these positions while the vehicle is either stopped or moving.
I n case the operations is to be made while the vehicle is stopped, operate the
transfer shift lever after setting the selec­tor lever to "N" (Neutral) position. And in case the operation is to be made while the vehicle is moving, operate the
transfer shift lever after setting the selec ­
tor lever to "0" (Orive) position .
NOTE
Shifting of the lever between "2H" "4H" should be made at the speed
below 1 00 krn/h (62 mph).

vehicle is stopped.
The operation should
be made after setting the selector lever to "N" (Neutral) position with the transfer shift lever pushed down.
NOTE
As the vehicles with automatic transmission have a neutral
position between "4H Lc" +:± "4LLc", operate firmly until the
operation indication lamp is switched over to illuminate.
