Mobile jack – Adjustable supports
The use of a mobile jack implies the
obligat ory use of adjust able su pports.
It is forbidden the veh icle lifting using
other supporti ng po i nt s ( su spension arms, etc)
t han the ones p rovided b y manu facturer.
LATE RA L MOBI LE JA CK
In order to lift vehic le front or rea r part,
t he same s u pporting po ints p rovided for the
vehicle jack a re to be used.
Thi s t ype of jack, i s usi ng soc ke t s
(supports) Cha 408-01 or Cha 408-02 ,
equipped with the support Cha 280-02.
P lace i t on under the t hreshold at the fron t
door level and the floor closing plate shall be
po si tioned in the channel of the su pport.AD JUSTAB LE S UPPORT S
T he adjus table su ppor ts, may be placed under
the carriag e b o d y, in two wa ys: -u nder the reinforcements provided for the
lifting ve hicle with t he vehicle jack;
- under the s u pport s pl ace d behi nd the
reinfor cements.
T he posi tioning of the adjustable su pports in
the vehicle rear areas is performed by lat eral lift-
ing of the vehicle, b y means of a mobile jack.

When there are not av ailable four columns elevators, two columns elevators ma y be used, in
t his case, lifting s lides shall be placed under the floor closing plate, at the su pport ing points level
of the vehicle jack
2. PA RTICULARLY SITU ATI ON OF POWER-TR AIN DISMOU NTING – R E-
MOU NTI NG
In this s p ecific case, the vehicle carriag e bo dy shall be consolidated with the two columns
elevator arms us ing special s lides.
REAR
Thes e must be oblig atory p laced at the rig h t of the su pporting points of the vehicle jac k and
mus t be locked in t he holes/windows made in the floor closing plate.

TOWING

NEVER USE AS T OWING P OINTS, THE TRANSMISSION AXL ES (P L AN-
ETARY SHAFTS).
The towing points, front, or rear, are to be used only for vehicles towing on wheels.
These poi nts cannot be a nyhow used for drawing out the damaged vehicle from a trench
(hole), or for direct or indirect vehicle lifting on a transport platform.

AT T E N T I ON !
For filling and addi tion, only oi l DACIA of class DEXTRON II D is t o be used.
Circuit capacity: 1 liter.
CIRCUIT FILLING
Fill the reservoir with oil.
In order to fill the circuit with oi l, easy rotate t he steeri ng wheel in bot h directions so that
steering rack is performing a complete stroke.
Check the oil level in the reservoir and addition if the case.
Start t he e ngine, easy rot ate the steeri ng wheel in both dire ctions so that steering rack is
performing a complete stroke. Restore the oil level in the reservoir till MAXI level.
LEVEL CHECKING
Each 10,000 km, check the oil level in the reservoir, that must be between the MINI-MAXI
marks.
