HINWEIS:

Beim Einbau der Scheibenfeder
darauf achten, daß deren flache
Seite a parallel zur Mittellinie b
der Kurbelwelle angeordnet ist.
Beim Einbau des Rotors die Nut c
im Rotor auf die Scheibenfeder
ausrichten.
3. Montieren:

1. Monter:

N.B.:
Enduire l’œillet du fil du volant
magnétique CDI de pâte d’étanchéité.
Serrer les vis à l’aide d’unembout
T30.

2. Monter:
Clavette de demi-lune 1
Rotor 2
N.B.:
Nettoyer la partie conique du vilebre-
quin et du demi-lune rotor.
Lors du montage de la clavette, s’assu-
rer que sa surface plane a est paral-
lèle à la ligne centrale b du
vilebrequin.
Lorsqu’on monte le rotor, aligner la
rainure c du rotor avec la clavette
demi-lune.
3. Monter:
Rondelle 1
Ecrou (rotor) 2
Utiliser l’outil de maintien de
rotor 3.

1. Installare:
Statore 1
Vite (statore) 2
NOTA:
Applicare il materiale di tenuta
sull’anello di tenuta del cavo del
magnete CDI.
Serrare le viti utilizzando la punta
T30.

2. Installare:
Linguetta Woodruff 1
Rotore 2
NOTA:
Pulire le parti rastremate dell’albero
motore e del rotore.
Nell’installare la linguetta Woodruff,
accertarsi che la superficie piatta a
sia in parallelo con l’asse dell’albero
motore b.
Quando si installa il rotore, allineare la
sede per chiavetta c del rotore alla
linguetta Woodruff.
3. Installare:
Rondella 1
Dado (rotore) 2
Utilizzare l’utensile di soste-
gno per il rotore 3.

Loosen the nut while applying the rear brake.

Remove the drive sprocket together with the
drive chain.

Pivot shaft 1
NOTE:
If the pivot shaft is pulled all the way out, the
swingarm will come loose. If possible, insert a
shaft of similar diameter into the other side of
the swingarm to support it.
2. Remove:
Engine 1
From right side.
NOTE:
Make sure that the couplers, hoses and cables
are disconnected.
