2. Locate thecenter position

4. Carefully drillthetwo pilot holes using a
0.39 in(10 mm) drillbitatthe marked
locations. (Besure thatthedrill only
goes through thebumper fascia.)
5. Insert grommets intothehole onthe fascia.
6. Insert aflat-blade screwdriver intothe
grommet holetoadd a908 turn onto the
part

before placing thelicense platebracket on
the fascia.
