Rauher Motorlauf wird festge-
stellt, und der Motor beschleu-
nigt nicht glatt. In diesem Fall
den Düsennadel-Clip um eine
Nut höher stellen, um die Düsen-
nadel absenken und ein magere-
res Gemisch zu erhalten.
2. Zu mager bei mittleren Drehzah-

Si avverte un azionamento difficile

pump adjustment)
The leak jet
1 is a setting part that
adjusts the flow of fuel discharged by
the accelerator pump. Since the
accelerator pump operates only
when throttle is open, the leak jet is
used to adjust a fuel mixture ratio for
quick throttle opening and is there-
fore different from other setting parts
that adjust a fuel mixture for each
throttle opening (each engine
speed).1

ajuste le débit de carburant sortant de la
pompe d’accélérateur. Comme la pompe
d’accélérateur ne fonctionne que lorsque
le papillon des gaz est ouvert, le gicleur
de fuite sert à régler le mélange du car-
burant lors d’une ouverture rapide du
papillon, et diffère en ceci des autres piè-
ces servant à régler le mélange de carbu-
rant à chaque ouverture du papillon
(pour chaque vitesse du moteur).

Leckdüse zur Einstellung eines Kraft-
stoffmischverhältnisses für schnelle
Drosselklappenöffnung verwendet
und unterscheidet sich darum von

penöffnung (jede Motordrehzahl)

Il getto di diffusione 1 è un pezzo per la

The flow of the fuel through the car-
buretor main system is controlled by
the main jet and then, it is further reg-
ulated by the area between the main
nozzle and the jet needle.
The fuel flow relates to the diameter
of the straight portion of the jet nee-
dle with the throttle 1/8 to 1/4 open
and relates to the clip position with
the throttle 1/8 to 3/4 open.
Therefore, the fuel flow is balanced
at each stage of throttle opening by
the combination of the jet needle
straight portion diameter and clip

Rapport avec l’ouverture des gaz
Le débit d’essence dans le circuit princi-
pal du carburateur est contrôlé par le
gicleur principal ainsi que par la distance
entre le diffuseur et l’aiguille.
Le débit dépend du diamètre de la por-
tion droite de l’aiguille à une ouverture
des gaz de 1/8 à 1/4 et dépend de la posi-
tion du clip à une ouverture des gaz de
1/8 à 3/4.
Le débit d’essence est réglé à chaque
degré d’ouverture des gaz par une com-
binaison des facteurs suivants: diamètre
de la partie droite de l’aiguille et position
du clip.

Zusammenhang mit der
Gasdrehgrifföffnung
Die durch das Vergaser-Hauptsy-
stem strömende Luftmenge wird
durch die Hauptdüse geregelt und
danach weiter durch die Fläche zwi-
schen der Hauptdüse und der
Düsennadel kontrolliert.
Der Kraftstofffluß entspricht bei etwa
1/8–1/4 Gasdrehgriff dem Durch-
messer des geraden Teils der
Düsennadel, bei etwa 1/8–3/4 Gas
dagegen der Düsennadel-Clip-Posi-
tion.
Daher wird der Kraftstofffluß an jeder
Stufe der Gasdrehgrifföffnung durch
die Kombination des Durchmessers
des geraden Teils der Düsennadel
und der Düsennadel-Clip-Position

This should be taken simply for an example. It is necessary to set the carburetor while checking the operating condi-
