ERROR ITEM (ERROR NAME)
Error Count

Error count is read out simultaneously when reading out the error name.

The errors are read out continuously when some errors occur at the same time.

The error count guides “0” when the error occurs. The next time it counts up “1” if it is normal with the igni-
tion switch ON.

It continues the count up unless the initialization of hands free phone system is performed.
VEHICLE SPEED SIGNAL

Check the input status of the vehicle speed pulse count after ignition switch turns ON.

The guidance announces the type of error name and then the vehicle speed pulse count.
MICROPHONE TEST
Input the voice spoken into the microphone to the speaker, and checks the microphone function.

REMOVAL
1. Remove headlining. Refer toEI-44, "Removal and Installation (for Coupe Models)" .
2. Remove mount pin (A), and remove telephone microphone(1).
INSTALLATION
Installation is the reverse order of removal. switch ON: Approx. 0 Ω
“SEEK UP” switch ON : Approx. 165 Ω
“VOLUME UP” switch ON : Approx. 652 Ω
switch ON: Approx. 0 Ω
“SEEK DOWN” switch ON : Approx. 165 Ω
“VOLUME DOWN” switch
