Check fluid levels of the following system, refill as neces-
sary.
²If fluid is lost, trace and eliminate

(3) Record the location and snip the wire ties.
(4) Unscrew the engine block heater from the core

Repeat the test. If the reading is still above 0.2 volt,
replace the faulty battery negative cable.
