NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (SEE REPLACEMENT
)
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The exhaust solenoid discharges high pressure air from the system by opening the solenoid valve according to
the si
gnal from the suspension control ECU.

NG: CHECK POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT (SEE DTC C1774 POWER SOURCE CIRCUIT
)
OK: REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (SEE REPLACEMENT
)
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
When the ignition switch is turned to the ON position, the D-IG1 relay is activated and battery voltage is
applied to terminal B of the suspension control ECU. When the ignition switch is turned off, the D-IG1 relay is
de-energized and the power source is cut off.
This power source energizes the suspension control actuator, height control solenoid valve, D-IG1 relay, each
IC and sensor.

NG: REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR
OK: REPLACE SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU (SEE REPLACEMENT
)
CIRCUIT DESCRIPTION
The speed sensors monitors the speed of the wheels, and sends an appropriate speed signals to the suspension
control ECU through the brake actuator assy (skid control ECU).
If trouble occurs in either the right rear speed sensor or left rear speed sensor, DTC (C1776) is output.

1.DATA LIST
HINT:
By the DATA LIST displayed on the hand-held tester, you can read the value of the switch, sensor,
actuator and so on without removing any parts. Reading the DATA LIST as the first step in
troubleshooting is one of the methods to shorten labor time.
a. Connect the hand-held tester to the DLC3.
b. Turn the ignition switch to the ON position.
c. According to the display on the tester, read the "DATA LIST".

DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE CHART
HINT:
Titles for each unit are stated in the followin
g order: parts name (physical address) [Name indicated by DTC]
TermsDescription
Physical address3-digit, hexadecimal code assigned to all components connected to the AVC-LAN.
Individual symbols are specified based on function. Units whose names are unknown or
relevant units are displayed with physical addresses.
Logical address2-digit, hexadecimal code assigned to all the functions in the AVC-LAN system.

6. Repeat the above procedures for the rest of the wheels to bleed the air out of the brake line.
e. Bleed the air out of the suction line according to "Step2: Inhalation" on the hand-held tester display.
1. Connect the vinyl tube to the bleeder plug at the right front wheel or the right rear wheel and
loosen the bleeder plug.
2. Operate the ABS & TRACTION actuator assy using the hand-held tester to bleed the air.
