Compteur de vitesse
Le compteur de vitesse indique la vitesse du véhicule. Ce
compteur de vitesse est équipé d’un totalisateur journa-
lier. Le totalisateur journalier est muni d’un bouton per-
mettant de le remettre à “0”. Utiliser le totalisateur
journalier pour estimer la distance qu’il est possible de
parcourir avec un plein de carburant avant de devoir pas-
ser à la réserve. Cette information permet de planifier les
arrêts pour ravitaillement en carburant.

Velocímetro
El velocímetro indica la velocidad de marcha.
Este velocímetro está provisto de un cuentakiló-
metros totalizador y de un cuentakilómetros tota-
lizador y de un cuentakilómetros parcial. Este
último puede ponerse a “0” con el botón corres-
pondiente. Utilice el cuentakilómetros parcial
para calcular cuánto puede recorrer con el depó-
sito de combustible lleno antes de empezar a
usar la reserva. Esta información le permitirá pla-
nificar debidamente las futuras paradas para re-
postar.

Fuel gauge
The fuel gauge indicates the amount of fuel in
the fuel tank. When the needle reaches the red
line, refill the tank at the first opportunity.NOTE:
If the machine runs out of fuel, move the fuel
cock lever to the “RES” position. Approximate-
ly 4.5 L of fuel will be remaining in the tank.

Jauge de carburant
La jauge de carburant indique la quantité de carburant
restant dans le réservoir. Quand l’aiguille atteint la ligne
rouge, faire le plein à la première occasion.
N.B.:

Quand le carburant vient à manquer, placer le levier du
robinet de carburant sur la position “RES”. Il reste alors
environ 4,5 l de carburant dans le réservoir.

Indicador del nivel de combustible
El indicador del nivel de combustible indica la
cantidad de combustible que queda en el depósi-
to. Quando la aguja llega a la línea roja, llene el
depósito a la primera oportunidad.
NOTA:

Si la máquina se queda sin combustible, gire el
grifo de combustible a la posición “RES” (reser-
va). Quedan aproximadamente 4,5 L de combus-
tible en el depósito.

Handlebar switches

Light switch
Turn the switch to the “ ” position to switch
on the low beam and the taillight.
Turn the switch to the “ ” position to switch
on the high beam and the taillight.
Turn the switch to the “OFF” position to switch
off the headlight and the taillight.
CAUTION:

Do not use the headlight with the engine
turned off for more than thirty minutes. The
battery may discharge to the point that the
starter motor will not operate properly. If this
should happen, remove the battery and re-
charge it.

Engine stop switch
Make sure that the engine stop switch is in the
“ ” position. The engine stop switch con-
trols ignition and can be used at all times to
stop the engine, especially in an emergency.
The engine will not start or run when the en-
gine stop switch is turned to “ ”.

Placer le contacteur sur “ ” pour allumer le feu de
croisement et le feu arrière.
Placer le contacteur sur “ ” pour allumer le feu de
route et le feu arrière.
Placer le contacteur sur “OFF” pour éteindre le phare et
le feu arrière.

Ne jamais laisser le phare allumé pendant plus d’une
demi-heure après avoir coupé le moteur. La batterie
risque de se décharger au point d’empêcher la mise
en marche du moteur. Si cela devait se produire, dé-
poser et recharger la batterie.

Coupe-circuit du moteur
S’assurer que le coupe-circuit du moteur est placé sur
“ ”. Le coupe-circuit du moteur contrôle l’allumage et
peut à tout moment servir à couper le moteur. Il est parti-
culièrement utile en cas d’urgence. Le moteur ne se met
pas en marche ou ne tourne pas quand son coupe-circuit
est sur “ ”.

ATENCION:

No mantenga el faro encendido durante más de
treinta minutos con el motor parado. La batería
podría descargarse hasta el extremo de que el
motor de arranque no funcione debidamente. Si
sucediese esto, desmonte la batería y recárgue-
la.

Interruptor de paro del motor
Asegúrese de que el interruptor de paro del mo-
tor se encuentra en la posición “ ”. El interrup-
tor de paro del motor controla el encendido y
puede utilizarse para parar el motor en cualquier
momento, especialmente en casos de emergen-
cia. Cuando se gira el interruptor de paro a la po-
sición “ ”, el motor no puede ser puesto en
marcha ni funcionar.

On command four-wheel drive switch
“2WD/4WD”
To change from two-wheel drive (2WD) to
four-wheel drive (4WD), stop the ATV and set
the switch to the 4WD position.
To change from four-wheel drive (4WD) to
two-wheel drive (2WD), stop the ATV and set
the switch to the 2WD position.
WARNING

Always stop the ATV before changing from
2WD to 4WD or from 4WD to 2WD. The ATV
handles differently in 2WD than in 4WD in
some circumstances. Changing from 2WD to
4WD or vice-versa while moving may cause
the ATV to unexpectedly handle differently.
This could distract the operator and increase
the risk of losing control and an accident.
