 ransmission Control Module (TCM) is
 able to monitor the state of the torque converter clut ch at all times. 
There are three operating modes for the converter

The TCM supplies an internally switched +12V supply to each sh ift

voltage on the TCM side should be ground , when OFF the voltage should be +12.
