Body parts or objects can become trapped,
causing injuries. #
Ensure that no body parts or objects are
in the closing area. #
Automatic closing of the doors can be
cancelled bypulling the outer or inner
door handle. If
yo u push the door into the lock tothe /rst
de tent position, the po wer closing function will
automatically pull the door into the loc k.

Reach behind door handle 1from belo w,pull
it outward tothe pressure point and hold it

point and hold it there. #
Insert the emer gency key in tothe lock cylin-
der. #
Turn the emer gency key anti-clockwise to
position 1. #
Forcefully pull door handle 1outward past

Combustion engines emit poisonous exhaust
ga ses such as carbon monoxide. Exhaust
ga ses can enter theve hicle interior if the boot
lid is open when theve hicle is running, espe-
cially if theve hicle is in motion. #
Always switch o. theve hicle before
opening the boot lid. #
Never drive with the boot lid open. *

manually pull the stopped boot lid upwards.
If an obstacle obstructs the boot lid during the
automatic opening process, bloc kage detection
will stop the boot lid. The automatic bloc kage
de tection function is only an aid and is not a sub-

If objects, lug gage or loads are not secured or
not secured su1ciently, they could slip, tip
ov er or be thro wn around and thereby hit vehi-
cle occupants.

boot lid while a key belonging totheve hicle is
inside theve hicle.

Before locking, ensure that at least one key
belonging totheve hicle is outside theve hicle. #

The boot lid is equipped with automatic bloc kage
de tection with a reve rsing function. If an obstacle

ing process, it will automatically open again. The

During the closing process, make sure that no

lowing options:

R Press the closing or locking button
on the boot lid.
