NOSING-INTERPRETING THE STATES
Remark:
The testing of the battery and the charging circuit can be done with “TECHNIC CLIP”
an d does not require disconnecting the battery, so it allow the conservation of the calculator
memory.
AFTER REPAIRPerform again the conformity test.

position Check if the mechanic limitation of the potentiometer has been
a
ltered.
Check the command of the acceleration (friction, obstacles).
Check the resistance of the clapper potentiometer.
Change potentiometer if necessary.
Check the insulation, the continuity and the absence of contact
re sistance along the circuits:
pin 43 of calculator ♦ pin C of clapper potentiometer
pin 74 of calculator ♦ pin B of clapper potentiometer
pin 75 of calculator ♦ pin A of clappe r p otentiometer.
Remedy if necessary.
Th e po sition, of the
clapper is fixed
Check the resistance of the clapper potentiometer during the
operation of the clapper.
If the resistance varies, check the electric circuits connected to
the potentiometer.
If the resistance does not vary, check if the potentiometer is
mechanica lly coupled to the clapper.
Change the potentiometer if necessary.
AFTER REPAIRPerform again the conformity test.

DISMONTING
The battery is disconnected.
The tube s of the radiator are stopped up with the MOT 453 de v i ce s .
Dismount the hoses from the radiator by means of the elastic collar pliers MOT 1202-01.
The two screws of the stand are taken off the upper traverse of the radiator and the radiator
is taken off. The radiator is emptied and the cooling liquid is retrieved.
R
EMOUNTING
Check the existence of the supporting bushings.
The radiator is mounted.
The jack s for the fixing on the radiator are mounted, as well as the radiator stands, and the
fixing sc rews are fastened (0,57 daN).
The MOT 453 devices are taken off.
The tube s that have been taken off are mounted back and the collars are tightened.
Note : When mounting, line up the marks from the hoses and the related parts.
The ba ttery is connected.
Th e filling and the draining of the cooling circuit is done.
Tightening moments:
- the screws for the radiator stands (M6- 2 pieces) - 0,57 daN.
