Removal

1.
 While vehicle weight is still on front wheels, position

support between upper control arm and frame side

rail (fig. 15).

 Remove forward nut, retainer and rubber bushing

from front end of strut rod.

 Remove two nuts from strut rod to lower control arm

bolts and remove bolts and washers.
