This status indicates whether the fast idle speed function is activated after use of the
command SC041 Changing VU* engine idle speed.

The theoretical opening value for the EGR valve is:
- 10% < PR005 < 0%
Conformity check with the engine running and engine coolant temperature > 80°C
The theoretical opening value for the EGR valve is:
10% < PR005 < 40%
