PLAYING A CD OR AN MP3 COMPILATION
CD CHANGER
PLAYING A CD (NOT MP3 COMPATIBLE)
If the GPS is used, the navigation CD ROM must remain in the RT3 audio/telephone player. In this case, audio CDs must be inserted in the CD changer.
Otherwise, insert an audio CD or an MP3 compilation in the player, play begins automatically.
If the player already contains a disc, press the SOURCE button several times in succession and select CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a track on the CD.Press the LIST button to display the list of tracks on the CD or of the directories of the MP3 compilation.
Insert one or more CDs in the changer.Press the SOURCE button several times in succession and select CD CHANGER.
Press one of the buttons on the alphanumeric keypad to select the corresponding CD.
Press one of the buttons to select a track on the CD.The playing and displaying of an MP3 compilation ma y depend on the recording programme and/or the parameter settings used. We recommend use of the ISO 9660 recording standard.

INSTALLING THE SIM CARD
(NOT SUPPLIED)ENTERING THE PIN CODE
Access the slot by pressing the button using the tip of a pen.
Install the SIM card in the holder and then insert it in the slot.
To remove the SIM card, repeat step 1.
The SIM card must be installed and removed with the RT3 GPS The SIM card must be installed and removed with the RT3 GPS audio/telephone switched off and the ignition off.
Enter the PIN code on the keypad.
Confirm the PIN code by pressing button # or by selecting the OK tab on the display.

CALLING A CONTACT
Turn the dial and select the DIAL function.
Press the PICK UP button to display the superimposed telephone menu.
Press the dial to confirm the selection.
Dial the telephone number of your contact using the alphanumeric keypad.
Press the PICK UP button to call the number dialled.
Press the HANG UP button to end the call.
ACCEPTING OR REFUSING A CALL
Press the PICK UP button.
Press the HANG UP button.The call will then be transferred to your voice mailbox.

06 TRIP COMPUTER
Each press of the button, located at the end of the wipers stalk, permits displaying of the different trip computer data in succession, depending on the displ ay.
The "vehicle" tab with:• the range, the current consumption and the distance remaining to the destination.
Zero resetWhen the required route is displayed, press the control for more than two seconds.

A few definitions
Range: Displays the distance which can be travelled with the remaining fuel detected in the tank, in relation to the average consumption over the last few miles (kilometres).This displayed value may vary significantly followin g a change in the vehicle speed or the relief of the route.When the range falls below 20 miles (30 km), dashes are displayed. After filling with at least 5 litres of fuel, the range is recalculated and is displayed when it exceeds 60 miles (100 km).If, whilst driving, dashes are displayed continuous ly in place of digits, contact a PEUGEOT dealer.
Current consumption: only calculated and displayed above 20 mph (30 km/h ).
Average consumption: this is the average quantity of fuel consumed since the last trip recorder zero reset.
Distance travelled: calculated since the last trip computer zero reset.
Distance remaining to the destination: calculated with reference to the final destination, entered by the user. If guidance is activated, the navigation system calculates it as a current value.
Average speed: this is the average speed calculated since the last trip computer zero reset (ignition on).
