(1) Clean all sealing surfaces.
(2) Position and install thermostat housing with
new gasket (Fig. 8). Tighten bolts to 9N´m (80
lbs.in.).
NOTE: Inspect condition of all clamps and hoses,

(16) Detach transmission cooler lines (Fig. 9).
(17) Remove the radiator trim from the left and
right (Fig. 9).
(18) Lift the radiator

Remove cap from radiator. Be sure that sealing
surfaces are clean. Moisten rubber gasket with water
and install the cap on pressure tester (tool 7700 or
