NOTE:
On AT vehicles, place the inhibitor switch in the“P”or“N”
position.
On MT vehicles, depress the clutch pedal.
: Repair harness and connector.
NOTE:
In this case, repair the following:
Open circuit in harness between ECM and starter motor
connector.
Poor contact in ECM connector.
: Check starter motor circuit.
NOTE:
For the diagnostic procedure on starter motor circuit, refer
