To use the lighter, just push
it in all the way
and let go.
When it’s ready, it will pop
back out by itself.
I NOTICE:
Don’t hold a cigarette lighter in with your hand
while it
is heating. If you do, it won’t be able to
back away from the heating element when it’s
ready. That can make it overheat, damaging the
lighter and the heating element.
To clean the front ashtray, push down on the snuffer
plate and lift the ashtray
out.

open it, push down on the
snuffer, and pull it out.
I NOTICE:
Don’t put papers and other things that burn into
your ashtrays.
If you do, cigarettes or other
smoking materials could set them on fire, causing
damage.
Sun Visors
To block out glare, you can swing down the visors. You
can also swing them to the side.
Sunroof (Option)
Press and release the rear of
the switch and the glass
panel will open to the
vent position.
Open the sunshade by hand
when using the vent
position.
Press and release the rear
of the switch again to open the
glass panel and the sunshade. Press the front of the switch to stop the panel in any position.
Press and hold the front of the switch to close the glass
panel. The sunshade can
only be closed by hand.
The
sunroof glass panel cannot be opened or closed if
your Chevrolet has an electrical failure.

The following steps explain the proper operation of your
convertible top.

Remove any items from the convertible top
storage area before you lower the top. Even
small items in the storage area can damage
the top
or other parts of the system.
Don’t raise or lower the convertible top
when the temperature is below
20°F
(-7°C). The cold can cause cracks and
other damage to the top
as it is being
lowered
or raised.
Don’t raise or lower the convertible top
while the vehicle is moving. The wind could
damage the top. Bring the vehicle to
a
complete stop before attempting to raise or
lower the top. Always make sure that
the top is securely latched before driving
the vehicle.
Lowering Your Convertible Top
1. Set the parking brake and shift your automatic
transaxle to
PARK (P) or your manual transaxle to
NEUTRAL
(N).

1. Set the parking brake and shift your automatic
transaxle to
PARK (P) or your manual transaxle to
NEUTRAL (N).
2. Open the trunk and leave it open.
11. Go to the rear of the vehicle. Place the boot center
cover along the trunk lid opening. Align one snap
to snap ball stud and Dush forward. Repeat for
other snap.
12. Close the trunk lid.
13. Raise the rear seatback to the up position. Push the
seat back to make sure it is latched.
3. From inside the vehicle, fold down the rear seatback.

4. Go to the rear of the vehicle. mlll the snap knobs
rearward to disengage the rear center cover.
Carefully tuck the center boot behind the rear
seatback. Make sure that the center cover is not
covering the rear seatback latch. Tuck end of center
boot rearward to keep it away from the rear
seatback hinge. 5. Unsnap both boot side cover snaps (E and F) from
the top of the quarter trim panel.
