The retractor for the third row centerseatbelt is in the roof.
To fasten the seatbelt:
1.Pull the belt out steadily. It may lock ifyou pull it sharply or if the vehicle is ona slope.
2.Insert the smaller tongue into thesmaller buckle to the left of the centerseat.
3.Pull the larger tongue across the lapand insert it into the buckle to the rightof the center seat.
Note:If in constant use, you can leave thebelt buckled in the smaller buckle. When itis not in use, or when you fold or move therear seats, you should release the belt fromthe smaller buckle. Using the tongue of theadjacent seatbelt, press the red button onthe smaller buckle.
SENSITIVE LOCKING MODE
WHAT IS SENSITIVE LOCKINGMODE
Sensitive locking mode is a seatbeltretractor feature that allows shoulder beltlength adjustment according to yourmovements and locking in response tovehicle movement.
HOW DOES SENSITIVE LOCKINGMODE WORK
If the driver suddenly brakes, turns a cornersharply, or the vehicle receives an impactof about 5 mph (8 km/h) or more, theseatbelts lock to help reduce forwardmovement of the driver and passengers.
In addition, the seatbelt retractor locks ifyou pull the seatbelt webbing out tooquickly. If the retractor locks, slowly lowerthe height adjuster to allow the seatbeltto retract.
If the retractor does not unlock, pull theseatbelt out slowly then feed a smalllength of webbing back toward the stowedposition.
For rear seatbelts, recline the rear seatbackrest or push the seat backrest cushionaway from the seatbelt. Feed a smalllength of webbing back toward the stowedposition.
AUTOMATIC LOCKING MODE
WHAT IS AUTOMATIC LOCKINGMODE
This feature keeps the seatbeltspre-locked. The belt still retracts to removeany slack in the shoulder belt.
WHEN TO USE AUTOMATICLOCKING MODE
Use this mode any time you install a childrestraint in the front passenger seatingposition or any rear seating position.Properly restrain children 12 years old andunder in a rear seat whenever possible.
Note:Automatic locking mode is notavailable on the driver seatbelt.

ADJUSTING THE HEADRESTRAINT
For the second row center head restraint,pull the head restraint up to raise it.
To lower the head restraint:
1.Press and hold the adjust and releasebutton.
2.Push the head restraint down.
To fold the second row outermost andthird row head restraints:
1.Press the fold button.
2.Pull the head restraint up to place itback to the upright position.
REMOVING THE HEAD RESTRAINT
For the second row outermost headrestraints:
1.Pull the head restraint up until itreaches its highest position.
2.Press and hold the guide sleeve unlockand remove button.
3.Pull the head restraint up.
For the second row center head restraint:
1.Pull the head restraint up until itreaches its highest position.
2.Press and hold guide sleeve adjust andrelease button and the guide sleeveunlock and remove button.
3.Pull the head restraint up.
INSTALLING THE HEADRESTRAINT
Align the steel stems into the guide sleevesand push the head restraint down until itlocks.
For the second row outermost headrestraints, make sure the fold button isfacing the outermost side of the seat.
MOVING THE SEAT BACKWARDAND FORWARD
Lift the handle to move the second rowcenter seat forward or backward.
Note:Move the seat forward to keep a childin a child restraint close to the front seatoccupants. Move the seat to the fullrearward position when it is occupied byolder children or adults, including childrenin booster seats.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT BACKREST
WARNING: Reclining the seatbackcan cause an occupant to slide under theseat's seatbelt, resulting in severepersonal injuries in the event of a crash.

For the second row outermost seats, therelease handle is on the outermost side ofthe seat cushion. Lift it to adjust the seatbackrest to your preferred position.
FOLDING THE SEAT BACKREST
1.Locate the handle on the outermostside of the seat cushion.
2.Pull up on the handle to fold the seatbackrest.
Note:Use caution when folding the seatbackrest to the flat position as the seatmoves forward when you lift the releasehandle.
Folding the Second Row CenterSeat (If Equipped)
WARNING: To prevent possibledamage to the seat or seatbelts, makesure that the seatbelts are not fastenedbefore folding the seatback.
The release handle is in the upper right seatbackrest. Pull the handle to release thefolding seat latch.
Note:Use the same release handle torecline the seat backrest.
UNFOLDING THE SEATS
WARNING: Do not place cargo orany objects behind the seat backrestbefore returning it to the original position.Pull on the seat backrest to make surethat it has fully latched after returningthe seat backrest to its original position.An unlatched seat may becomedangerous if you stop suddenly or havea crash.

1.Lift the seat backrest toward the rearof the vehicle.
2.Rotate the seat backrest until itengages, locking it in the uprightposition.
ACCESSING THE THIRD ROWSEATS (If Equipped)
WARNING: Do not drive yourvehicle with a seat that is unlatched orin the folded position. Failure to followthis instruction could result in personalinjury or death in the event of a suddenstop or crash.
WARNING: Check under the seatcushion to make sure no cargo or objectsare under the seat cushion beforereturning the seat cushion to its originalposition, and that the seat cushion locksinto place. Failure to do so may preventthe seat from operating properly in theevent of a crash, which could increasethe risk of serious injury.
WARNING: Do not place cargo orany objects behind the seat backrestbefore returning it to the original position.Pull on the seat backrest to make surethat it has fully latched after returningthe seat backrest to its original position.An unlatched seat may becomedangerous if you stop suddenly or havea crash.
Note:You can move the outermost seatsforward to allow access to the third rowseats.
This feature allows for easier entry and exitto and from the third row seat.
1.Pull the lever on the top of the seatbackrest up.
2.Tilt the entire seat forward.
3.Slide the seat forward until it stops.

To return the seat to the seating position,slide the seat rearward while pulling downon the seat backrest until the latch fullyengages.
To move the seat further back, pull thelever under the front of the seat and slideit backward.
Note: You must move the seat to the fullforward position before you move itrearward. Otherwise, the seat may not slideproperly rearward.
Note:You can slide the outermost seatsforward when using a child restraint.
Adjusting the Second RowOutermost Seats for Easy Exit
When exiting your vehicle from the thirdrow seats, pull the lever up on the uppercorner of the outermost seats. Then, pushthe seat forward until it stops.
POWER SEATS (IF EQUIPPED)
ADJUSTING THE HEADRESTRAINT
The third row outermost head restraintsare fixed and cannot be removed.
Press the button on the head restraint orthe button on the instrument panel to theleft of the steering wheel to fold the thirdrow outermost head restraints. Pull thehead restraint up to place it in the uprightposition.
Note:These head restraints fold when youpress the fold flat button.
ADJUSTING THE SEAT BACKREST
WARNING: Do not recline a rearseat on which a child restraint isinstalled. Failure to follow this instructioncould reduce the effectiveness of thechild restraint.
The third-row power recline buttons areon the quarter trim panel on each side ofthe vehicle.
