MONOCHROME SCREEN A Controls
Displays in the screen
This displays the following information:
- time,
- date,
- ambient temperature * (this fl ashes if there is a risk of ice),
- status of the openings (doors, boot...),
- audio sources (radio, CD...),
- trip computer (refer to the corre- sponding section).
Warning messages (e.g.: "Emission
control system faulty") or information
messages (e.g.: "Boot open") may ap-
pear temporarily. These can be cleared
by pressing the "Back" button.
Main menu
Press the "MENU" button to gain
access to the main menu , then
press the " " or " " buttons to
scroll through the various menus:
- radio-CD,
- vehicle confi guration,
- options,
- display settings,
- language,
- units.
Press the "OK" button to select the
menu required.
From your
PEUGEOT Connect Sound
control panel, you can:
press the "MENU" button to gain
access to the main menu,
press the " " or " " buttons to
scroll through the items on the
screen,
press the "MODE" button to change
the permanent application (trip com-
puter, audio source...),
press the " " or " " buttons to
change a setting value,
press the "OK" button to confi rm,
or
press the "Back" button to abandon
the operation in progress. Radio-CD
With the
PEUGEOT Connect Sound
switched on, once the "Radio-CD"
menu has been selected you can acti-
vate or deactivate the functions linked
with use of the radio (RDS, REG) or the
CD (introscan, shuffl e, CD repeat).

CD" application, refer to the PEUGEOT
Connect Sound section.

This displays the following information:

Press the "MENU" key to access

Press the arrows, then the "OK" key
to select the "Trip computer" menu.
In the "Trip computer" menu, select
one of the following applications:
"Audio functions" menu
With the PEUGEOT Connect Sound
switched on, once this menu has been
selected you can activate or deactivate
the functions linked with use of the ra-
dio (RDS, REG, RadioText) or the CD
(introscan, shuffl e, CD repeat).

Enter the distance to the destination
This allows you to enter an approximate
distance value to the fi nal destination.
"Trip computer" menu
Once this menu has been selected, you
can consult information concerning the
status of the vehicle (alert log, status of
the functions...).
Alert log
This summarises the active warning
messages, displaying them succes-
sively on the multifunction screen.
Status of functions
This summarises the active or inactive
status of the functions present on the
vehicle.

This displays the following information
automatically and directly:

- altitude,
- ambient temperature (the value dis-played fl ashes if there is a risk of ice),

- trip computer information,
- satellite navigation system informa- tion.
Controls
From the PEUGEOT Connect Naviga-
tion control panel, to select one of the
applications:
press the dedicated "RADIO" ,
"MUSIC" , "NAV" , "TRAFFIC" ,
"SETUP" or "PHONE" button for
access to the corresponding menu,
turn the navigator to move the se- lection,
press the navigator to confi rm the selection,
or
press the "Back" button to abandon
the current operation and return to
the previous display. For more information on these
applications, refer to the "Audio
equipment and telematics" sec-
tion or to the specifi c user guide
given to you with the other owner's
documents.

ACCESSORIES
A wide range of accessories and genu-
ine parts is available from the PEUGEOT
dealer network.
These accessories and parts have
been tested and approved for reliability
and safety.
They are all adapted to your vehicle and
benefi t from PEUGEOT's recommen-
dation and warranty. Depending on the legislation in
force in the country, certain safety
equipment may be compulsory:
high visibility safety vests, warn-
ing triangles, breathalyzers, spare
bulbs, spare fuses, a fi re extin-
guisher, a fi rst aid kit, mud fl aps at
the rear of the vehicle.
The fi tting of electrical equipment
or accessories which are not rec-
ommended by PEUGEOT may
result in a failure of your vehicle's
electronic system and excessive
electrical consumption.
Please note this precaution. You are
advised to contact a PEUGEOT rep-
resentative to be shown the range of
recommended equipment and ac-
cessories.
"Comfort":
door defl ectors, side blinds and rear
blind, coat hanger fi xed to head re-
straint, front centre armrest, under shelf
storage, front and rear parking sen-
sors...
Installation of radio
communication transmitters
Before installing any after-market ra-
dio communication transmitter, you
can contact a PEUGEOT dealer for
the specifi cation of transmitters which
can be fi tted (frequency, maximum
power, aerial position, specifi c instal-
lation requirements), in line with the
Vehicle Electromagnetic Compatibil-
ity Directive (2004/104/EC).
"Transport solutions":
boot liner, luggage net, cigarette lighter,
roof bars, bicycle carrier on roof bars,
ski carrier, roof box...
Towbar, which must be fi tted by PEUGEOT
dealer or a qualifi ed workshop.
"Styling":
aluminium gear lever knob, spoiler, styling
strips, alloy wheels, trims, chromed mirror
shells, body kit... * To avoid any risk of jamming of the pedals:
- ensure that the mat is positioned and secured correctly,
- never fi t one mat on top of another.
"Security":
anti-theft alarm, window engraving,
wheel security bolts, child seats and
booster cushions, breathalyzer, fi rst aid
kit, warning triangle, high visibility jacket,
stolen vehicle tracking system, tempo-
rary puncture repair kit, snow chains,
non-slip covers, front foglamps kit...
"Protection":
mats * , seat covers compatible with lateral
airbags, aluminium or PVC door aperture
fi nishers...
"Multimedia":
audio systems, satellite navigation
systems, hands-free kit, CD changer,

You can also obtain products for clean-
ing and maintenance (exterior and in-
terior), topping up (screenwash...), and
refi lls (cartridge for the temporary punc-
ture repair kit...) by visiting a PEUGEOT

The PEUGEOT Connect Navigation (RNEG) is protected in such a way that it will only operate in your vehicle.
PEUGEOT Connect Nonnect Nonnectavigation (RNEG)
For safety reasons, the driver must carry out operations which require prolonged attention while the vehicle is stationary.
When the engine is switched off and to prevent discharging of the battery, the PEUGEOT Connect Navigation (RNEG) switches off following the activation of the Energy Economy mode.

FIRST STEPS
Engine not running:
- Short press: on/off.
- Long press: pause with CD play, mute for radio.
Engine running:
- Short press: pause with CD play, mute for radio.
- Long press: reinitialise the system.
Access to the Radio Menu. Display the list of stations.
Access to the Music Menu. Display tracks.
Long press: audio settings: front/rear fader, left/right balance, bass/treble, musical ambience, loudness, automatic volume, reinitialise settings.
Selection dial for the screen display and according to the menu.
Short press: contextual menu or confi rm.
Long press: contextual menu specifi c to the list displayed.
Access to the "SETUP" menu.
Long press: GPS coverage and demonstration mode.
Access to the Phone Menu. Display the list of calls.
Eject CD.
Select previous/next radio station.
Select previous CD or MP3 track.
Select previous/next line in a list.
Select previous/next radio station in the list.
Select previous/next MP3 folder.
Select previous/next page in a list.
Abandon current operation. Access to the Traffi c Menu. Display the current traffi c alerts.
Reader for navigation SD card only.
Access to the Navigation Menu. Display recent destinations.
Access to the "MODE" menu.
Select successive display of:
Radio, Map, NAV (if navigation in progress), Telephone (if conversation in progress), Trip computer.
Long press: Black screen (DARK).
Buttons 1 to 6:
Select a pre-set radio station.
Long press: pre-set the current station.
Adjust volume (each source is independent, including navigation messages and alerts).

Select the next entry in the address book.
RADIO: change to the next radio station in the list.
Long press: automatic search for a higher frequency.
CD: select the next track.
CD: continuous press: fast forward play.
Volume increase.
Change the audio source.
Start a call from the address book.
Call/End call on the telephone.
Press for more than 2 seconds: access to the address book.
Volume decrease.
RADIO: change to the previous radio station in the List.
Long press: automatic search for a lower frequency.
CD: select the previous track.
CD: continuous press: fast reverse.
Mute: press the volume increase and decrease buttons simultaneously.
Restore the sound by pressing one of the two volume buttons.
