2. Pull the bulb out of the socket.
3. Install a new bulb.
4. Reinstall the lens.& Trunk light1. Remove the cover by squeezing its
sides and pulling it.
2. Pull the bulb out of the socket.
3. Install a new bulb.
4. Reinstall the cover.
&High mount stop light (4-
door) (except LED [Light
Emitting Diode] type)1. Remove the high mount stop light
cover by prying the edge with a screw-
driver.
2. Remove the bulb socket from the high
mount stop light assembly by turning it
counterclockwise.
3. Pull the bulb out of the socket.
4. Install a new bulb.
5. Reinstall the cover.&Other bulbsIt may be difficult to replace the bulbs.
Have the bulbs replaced by your
SUBARU dealer if necessary.

If the SUBARU approved oil is unavailable, the following alternative oil can be used.NOTEEach quantity indicated here is only a guideline. The necessary quantity for replacement may differ slightly depending on the
temperature and other factors.
