The 24 GHz rada rsensor system requires
separate approva lfor each country .When
yo ua redriving in acountry in which the radar
sensor system is not approved ,you must
deactivate the system using the on-board
compute r(Ypage 120) .The current country
overview can be obtained fro maMercedes-
Benz Service Centre. The rada
rsensor system is automatically
deactivated nea rradio telescop efacilities .If
Distroni cPlus* or PRE-SAFE ®
Brake* are
activated at thi spoint, acorresponding warn-
ing will appear in the multi-functio ndisplay to
tel lyou tha tthe rada rsen sor system is being
switched off .BAS PLUS* is also no longer
available. If the deactivatio ndoesn ot occur
automatically, yo umustd eactivate the radar
sensor system using the on-board computer
