QUESTIONSOLUTION
RESPONSE
The TRAFFIC INFO
box is ticked. However,
certain trafic jams
along the route are not
indicated in real time. On starting, it is several minutes before the syste
m begins to receive the
trafic information. Wait until the trafic information is being received

correctly (displaying of the trafic information
symbols on the map).
In certain countries, only major routes (motorways, ...) are listed for the
trafic information.
The time taken to
calculate a route
sometimes seems
longer than usual. This phenomenon is normal. The system is
dependent on the trafic information available.
The performance of the system may slow down tempora rily if a CD is
being copied onto the Jukebox at the same time as a route is being
calculated. Wait until the CD has been copied or stop the
copying before starting the guidance function.
Does the emergency call
function work without a
SIM card? No, European regulations impose the presence of a S
IM card in order to
make an emergency call. Insert a valid SIM card in the slot on the audio
equipment.
The altitude is not
displayed. On starting, the initialisation of the GPS may take
up to 3 minutes to
receive more than 3 satellites correctly. Wait until the system has started up completely.
Check that there is a GPS coverage of at least
3 satellites (long press on the MENU button, then
select AUDIO/TELEPHONE DIAGNOSTICS, then
GPS COVERAGE).
Depending on the geographical environment (tunnel, ...) or the weather,
the conditions of reception of the GPS signal may v ary.This phenomenon is normal. The system is
dependent on the conditions of reception of the
GPS signal.
The route is not
calculated successfully. The exclusion criteria may conlict with the current
location (exclusion of
toll roads on a motorway with tolls). Check the exclusion criteria.

There is a long waiting
time after inserting a CD
or SD card. When a new medium is inserted, the system reads a c
ertain amount of
data (directory, title, artist, etc.). This may tak e a few seconds.This phenomenon is normal.
I cannot connect my
Bluetooth telephone. The telephone's Bluetooth function may be deactivat
ed or the equipment
may not be visible. - Check that your telephone's Bluetooth function
is activated.

NaviDriveMULTIMEDIA AUDIO EQUIPMENT/TELEPHONEJUKEBOX FUNCTION (10GB)/GPS (EUROPE)
The NaviDrive is coded in such a way that it will o nly
operate in your vehicle. If it is to be installed i n another
vehicle, contact a CITROËN dealer for coniguration of
the system.
For safety reasons, it is imperative that the drive r carries
out operations which require prolonged attention wh ile
the vehicle is stationary.
When the engine is switched off and to prevent
discharging of the battery, the NaviDrive may switc h off

FIRST STEPS
1. On/Off and Volume adjustment.
2. Selection of the source: radio, Jukebox, CD/DVD, CD
changer and auxiliary
(AUX, if activated on the Coniguration menu).
Long press: CD copy to hard disc.
3. Audio option adjustments: front/rear,
left/right balance, loudness, sound ambiences.
4. Displaying of the list of local radio stations, of the tracks on
the CD/DVD or of the MP3/USB/Jukebox directories.
Long press: updating of the local radio stations.
5. Automatic search for a lower/higher frequency. S election of
the previous/next CD/DVD, MP3, USB or Jukebox track .

6. Selection of the wavebands FM1, FM2, FMast, AM. 7. TA (Trafic Announcement) function on/off.

(radio Programme TYpes) mode.

10. Keypad for entering descriptions by successive

> COLOUR DISPLAY
This displays the following information, via the audio equipment control
pad:
- the time,
- the date,
- the exterior temperature (if there is a risk of i ce, you are warned by
a message),
- the audio source displays (radio, CD/DVD, jukebox , ...),
- the telematic system displays (telephone, service s, ...),
- the accesses check (doors, boot, ...),
- the warning messages (e.g.: "Fuel level low") and vehicle function
status messages (e.g.: "Auto lighting activated") d isplayed temporarily,
- the trip computer display,
- the GPS (Europe) satellite navigation system disp lays.
New
The system uses the complete and detailed NAVTEQ ma ps installed directly on the equipment's hard disc. There is no longer any need
to insert a map CD in the CD player. The updates of the maps of France and of the other European count ries, offered by our partner NAVTEQ,
will be available from the CITROËN network. Display coniguration: refer to the section - Displa
