3. CHECK REAR WINDOW DEFOGGER RELAY CIRCUIT
1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
2. Remove rear window defogger relay.
3. Check continuity between rear window defogger relay connector E13 terminal 5, 7 and rear window defogger connector D104 ter-
minal 1.
OK or NG
OK >> Check condition of harness and connector.
NG >> Repair or replace harness.
Check Door Mirror Defogger Power Supply Circuit NIS001SF
1. CHECK FUSE

Check 15A fuse [No.8, located in fuse block (J/B)]
NOTE:
Refer to GW-67, "
Component Parts and Harness Connector Location" .
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 2.
NG >> If fuse is blown out, be sure to eliminate cause of malfunction before installing new fuse. Refer to
PG-3, "
POWER SUPPLY ROUTING CIRCUIT" .
2. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT 1
1. Turn ignition switch ON.
2. Check voltage between fuse block (J/B) connector and ground.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 3.
NG >> Repair or replace harness.
3. CHECK POWER SUPPLY CIRCUIT 2
Check voltage between fuse block (J/B) connector and ground.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 4.
NG >> Replace fuse block (J/B). 5 (B) – 1 (W) : Continuity should exist.
7 (B) – 1 (W) : Continuity should exist.

Check the power supply and the ground circuit of the Intelligent Key unit. Refer to BL-96, "
Schematic" .
OK or NG

Present error: Replace the Intelligent Key unit. Refer to BL-146, "Removal and Installation of
Intelligent Key Unit" .

Past error: Error was detected in the Intelligent Key unit branch line.
NG >> Repair the power supply and the ground circuit.
LDW Camera Unit Branch Line CircuitNKS004OL
INSPECTION PROCEDURE
1. CHECK CONNECTOR
1. Turn the ignition switch OFF.
2. Disconnect the battery cable from the negative terminal.
3. Check the following terminals and connectors for damage, bend, and loose connection (unit side and con- nector side).
–LDW camera unit connector
–Harness connector R1
–Harness connector M31
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 2.
NG >> Repair the terminal and connector.
2. CHECK HARNESS FOR OPEN CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect the connector of LDW camera unit.
2. Check the resistance between the LDW camera unit harness connector terminals.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 3.
NG >> Repair the LDW camera unit branch line.
3. CHECK POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
Check the power supply and the ground circuit of the LDW camera unit. Refer to DI-96, "
Power Supply and
Ground Circuit Inspection" .
OK or NG
OK >>
Present error: Replace the LDW camera unit. Refer to DI-104, "Removal and Installation for
LDW Camera Unit" .

Past error: Error was detected in the LDW camera unit branch line.
NG >> Repair the power supply and the ground circuit.

4. CHECK GROUND
1. Check continuity between front combination lamp LH harness connector E44 terminal 8 and ground.
2. Check continuity between front combination lamp RH harness connector E24 terminal 8 and ground.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 5.
NG >> Repair harness or connector.
5. CHECK TURN SIGNAL LAMPS SHORT CIRCUIT
1. Disconnect rear combination lamp unit connector.
2. Check continuity (short circuit) between front combination lamp LH harness connector E44 terminal 4 and ground.
3. Check continuity (short circuit) between front combination lamp RH harness connector E24 terminal 4 and ground.
OK or NG
OK >> GO TO 6.
NG >> Repair harness or connector.
6. CHECK BULB
Check bulb standard of each turn signal lamp is correct.
OK or NG
OK >> Replace BCM if turn signal lamps does not work after setting the connector again. Refer to BCS-
14, "Removal and Installation of BCM" .
NG >> Replace turn signal lamp bulb. 8 – Ground : Continuity should exist.

Disassembly and Assembly of Center BearingNDS000AZ
DISASSEMBLY
1. Put matching marks on propeller shaft and center flange, then
disassemble the 1st and 2nd propeller shaft.
CAUTION:
For matching mark, use paint. Do not damage the propeller
shaft flange and center flange.
2. Put matching marks onto the center flange and propeller shaft end as shown.
CAUTION:
For matching mark, use paint. Do not damage propeller
shaft end and center flange.
3. Hold the center flange using the flange wrench, and remove the lock nut.
4. Remove the center flange using a commercial available bearing puller then remove washer.
5. Press out the center bearing using the puller and hydraulic press.
