REAR DOORS Opening the doors from outside
To
open, pull the rear right door
handle towards you and open the rear left door by pulling the lever onthe inside. Opening the doors from inside The rear door opening controls only unlock the door concerned. Locking / Unlocking from inside
To
lock, lower button A.
The rear door closing controla only lock the door concerned.
To unlock and open, lift button Aand pull the handle towards you.
To open the other door, push lever B.
Note: when closing from the inside, close the right-hand door first ensuring that
lever Bis in the vertical position then close the left-hand door.

Opening the rear doors to 180° / 270°
To open the rear doors to 180¡, release the check strap Ctowards you when the door is partially open.
When closing the door, the check strap hooks itself in place again automatically. Note: when opening to 270¡, a magnet retains the door in the open position.

OPENING THE BONNET From inside: pull the handle on the
right-hand side under the fascia. From outside: lift the catch Aand
raise the bonnet. Bonnet strut Secure the strut to hold the bonnet open. Before closing the bonnet, replace the strut in its housing.
To
close
Lower the bonnet and release it at the end of its travel. Check that thebonnet is properly locked. FILLING WITH FUEL Low fuel level
When the minimum fuel level in the tank is reached, thiswarning light comes on. You can have approxima-
tely 8 litres of fuel left.
The engine must be switched off when filling with fuel. ☞
Open the fuel filler flap by pres-sing the front of it.
☞ Insert the key then turn it to theleft.
☞ Remove the cap and hang it onthe hook located on the inside ofthe flap.
An indication on the cap reminds youwhich type of fuel to use. When you fill your tank, do not conti-
nue after the third cut-off of the
pump. This could cause your vehicleto malfunction. The capacity of the tank is approximately 70 litres. ☞ After filling the tank, lock the cap and close the fuel filler flap.
The key cannot be removed from thelock until the cap has been replacedon the fuel tank.

THE LIGHTS STALK Front and rear lights Selection is by turning the ring.
Lights off Side lights Dipped headlamps
Main beam head- lamps Dipped / Main beam change Push the stalk forwards to switch on the main beam headlamps. Pull the stalk towards you to switch
them off. Note:
with the ignition off, when the
driver's door is opened, a buzzer sounds if you have left your lights on. Front fog lamps Press the button in the centre of the
instrument panel. The warning lighton the button comes on. The front fog lamps operate with the dipped and main beam headlamps. Direction indicators (flashers)
Left: downwards.
Right: upwards.
Rear fog lamps Press the button in the centre of the
instrument panel. The warning lighton the button comes on. The rear fog lamps operate with the dipped and main beam headlamps.
In good or rainy weather, both day and night, therear fog lamps are dazz-ling and are prohibited. Do not forget to switch the
fog lamps off when they are no lon- ger needed.

TRIP COMPUTER Each time the
TRIPbutton on the audio/telephone control
panel is pressed, the following sequence of data is dis- played: - the average speed,
- the distance travelled,
- the duration of the journey,
- the distance remaining,
- the time of arrival. A
verage speed
This is the average speed calculated since the computer was last set to zero (with the ignition on). Distance travelled This indicates the distance travelled since the computer was last set to zero. Duration of the journey This indicates the time elapsed since the beginning of the journey and since the computer was last set to zero. The duration is indicated in "hours and minutes". Distance remaining to be travelled This is the distance remaining to the destination. It can either be calculated at any time by the navigation if gui-
dance is activated, or entered by the user, minus the dis-tance covered since the distance was entered.
Time of arrival
This indicates the approximate time of arrival at the desti- nation. The arrival time indicated is obtained by increasing by 30%
the remaining duration of the journey, calculated from theaverage speed and added to the current time.

SLIDING SIDE WINDOW
To
open the sliding side window,
press control Aand push the window
forwards.ELECTRIC WINDOWS 1 - Driver's electric window switch.
2 - Passenger's electric window switch.
Y ou have two options:
Manual operation: ☞ press or pull the switch gently. The windows stops as soon asthe switch is released.
Automatic operation (driver'sside): ☞ press or pull the switch fully. One touch completely opens or
closes the window.
Notes: -in the case of frost, if the window will not rise, press the control until thewindow is fully open, then pull itagain until the window closes.
- following reconnection of the batte- ry, if the window will not rise, releasethe control and pull it again until the
window closes completely. Continue to pull the control for approximately one second afterclosing.
