Kiinnittakaa vaijeri puuhun tai muuhun tukevaan esineeseen tai pyytaka a toista
henkiloa pitamaan siita kiinni. Kelatkaa vaijeri samoin kuin osassa
"Vintturilla vetaminen".

& CAUTION· Do not change the winding speed abruptly nor wind the cable on the drum at high speeds. Failure to do this may cause damage to the wire rope. hook. winch proper. etc.

Winding up the cable tJ04D·A
Either attach the hook to a tree or other firmly planted object. or have someone hold it. Wind up the cable by following the same
procedure as that given in the "Winding
the winch" section .
NOTE
If the length of cable to be wound is long , stop several times during the winding process and confirm that there
are no gaps in the cable as it is wound around the drum . If there are any gaps,
the cable will not be wound properly.

& VAROITUS (1) Tarkastaessanne moottoritilassa olevia laitteita varmistakaa etta moottori ei kay ja on ehtinyt jaahtya. (2) Jos on valttamatonta etta moottori on kaynnissa,

hiuksenne tai muu tartu kiinni tuulettimeen, kiila
hihnaan tai muihin liikkuviin osiin,

owner. In the event a malfunction or other problem is discovered, have it corrected by an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer .
This section contains information on inspection maintenance
procedures that you can do yourself , if you so desire. Follow the
in structions and cautions for each of the various procedures .
& CAUTION (1) When checking or servicing the inside of the engine compartment, be sure the engine is stopped and
has had a change to cool down.
(2) If it is necessary to do work in the engine compartment with the engine running, be especially careful that your clothing, hair, etc., does not become caught by the fan, V belts, or other moving parts. (3) Improper handling of components and materials used in the vehicle can endanger your personal
safety. Consult an authorized MITSUBISHI dealer for necessary information.
