(1) Remove in-line circuit breaker near fuseblock
module and turn ignition switch to ACCESSORY or
ON.

(1) Unplug washer pump connector. Measure resis-
tance between terminal B at pump and a clean chas-
sis ground. Meter should read zero ohms. If not
