Adjusting the seat fore-and-aft position
X
Lift handle 0043and slide the seat forwards or
backwards.
X Release lever 0043again.
Make sure that you hear the seat engage in
position.
Backrest angle X
Relieve the pressure on the backrest.
X Pull lever 0087up and adjust the backrest to the
desired angle.
X Release lever 0087again.
The seat backrest must audibly engage.
Seat height X
Pull up or push down lever 0044repeatedly until
the seat has reached the desired height. Adjusting the seats electrically

0085 Seat fore-and-aft adjustment For safety reasons, seat fore-and-aft adjustment
on electrically adjustable seats is only possible
for a maximum of two seconds when the vehicleis in motion. The seat fore-and-aft adjustment
can then no longer be set.
i If after starting the journey no correct seat
fore-and-aft adjustment has been made,
there is a risk of accident and injury. Pull over and stop the vehicle safely as soon as possi-
ble and readjust the seat position.
