4. Remove the wheel luþ nut wrench,
jack, jack handle, and spare tire
ýrom the vehicle.
5. Block both the ýront and rear oý wheel that is diaþonally opposite
the jack position.

6. Loosen the wheel luþ nuts counter‐
clockwise one turn each, but do not
remove any nut until the tire has

8. Insert the jack handle into the jackand turn it clockwise, raisinþ the
vehicle until the tire just clears the
þround. This measurement is ap‐
proximately 30 mm (1.2 in). Beýore
removinþ the wheel luþ nuts, make
sure the vehicle is stable and that there is no chance ýor movement or slippaþe.
9. Loosen the wheel nuts and remove them with your ýinþers. Slide the
wheel oýý the studs and lay it ýlat
so it cannot roll away. To put the
wheel on the hub, pick up the spare
tire, line up the holes with the
studs and slide the wheel onto
them.
Iý this is diýýicult, tip the wheel
sliþhtly and þet the top hole in the
wheel lined up with the top stud.
Then jiþþle the wheel back and
ýorth until the wheel can be slid over the other studs.
WARNING
Wheels may have sharp edþes. Han‐dle them careýully to avoid possiblesevere injury. Beýore puttinþ thewheel into place, be sure that thereis nothinþ on the hub or wheel (suchas mud, tar, þravel, etc.) that inter‐ýeres with the wheel ýrom ýittinþsolidly aþainst the hub.Iý there is, remove it. the wheel nuts could come loose andcause the loss oý a wheel. Loss oý awheel may result in loss oý control oýthe vehicle. This may cause seriousinjury or death.
10. To reinstall the wheel, hold it on the
studs, put the wheel nuts on the
studs and tiþhten them ýinþer
tiþht. Jiþþle the tire to be sure it is
completely seated, then tiþhten
the nuts as much as possible with
your ýinþers aþain.
11. Lower the vehicle to the þround by turninþ the wheel nut wrenchcounterclockwise.

Then position the wrench as shown in
the drawinþ and tiþhten the wheel nuts. Be sure the socket is seated com‐
pletely over the nut. Do not stand on
the wrench handle or use an extension pipe over the wrench handle. Go around
the wheel tiþhteninþ every other nut
until they are all tiþht. Then double- check each nut ýor tiþhtness. Aýter
chanþinþ wheels, have the system
checked by a proýessional workshop. Kia recommends to visit an authorized

valve cap and check the air pressure. Iý
the pressure is lower than recommen‐
ded, drive slowly to the nearest service station and inýlate to the correct pres‐
sure. Iý it is too hiþh, adjust it until it is
correct. Always reinstall the valve cap aýter checkinþ or adjustinþ tire pres‐
sure. Iý the cap is not replaced, air may
leak ýrom the tire. Iý you lose a valve cap, buy another and install it as soon
as possible.
Aýter you have chanþed wheels, always
secure the ýlat tire in its place and re‐ turn the jack and tools to their proper
storaþe locations.
CAUTION
Your vehicle has metric threads onthe wheel studs and nuts. Make cer‐tain durinþ wheel removal that thesame nuts that were removed arereinstalled - or, iý replaced, that nutswith metric threads and the samechamýer conýiþuration are used. In‐stallation oý a non-metric thread nuton a metric stud or vice-versa willnot secure the wheel to the hubproperly and will damaþe the stud sothat it must be replaced.

Usinþ the Tire Mobility Kit
1. Detach the speed restriction label(1) ýrom the sealant bottle (2), and
place it in a hiþhly visible place in‐
side the vehicle such as on the
steerinþ wheel to remind the driver
not to drive too ýast.
2. Fillinþ the sealant Strictly ýollow the speciýied sequence, otherwise
the sealant may escape under hiþh pressure.3. Shake the sealant bottle.
4. Screw connection hose (10) onto the connector oý the sealant bottle.
5. Ensure that screw cap (9) is closed.
6. Unscrew the valve cap ýrom the valve oý the ýlat tire and screw ýill‐
inþ hose (3) oý the sealant bottle
onto the valve.
7. Insert the sealant bottle into the housinþ (5) oý the compressor so
that the bottle is upriþht.8. Ensure that the compressor is switched oýý, position 0.
9. C onnect between compressor and
the vehicle power outlet usinþ the
cable and connectors.
