When
the
roller
sunblinds
are
closed
and
the
windows
opened,
the
roller
sunblinds
can
be heavily
stressed
during
the
journey
due
to
theair
stream.
The
roller
sunblinds
can
become
damaged
and
endanger
vehicle
occupants. There
is
a
danger
of
injury.
Do
not
open
the
windows
during
the
journey
when
the
roller sunblinds
are
closed.
Pull
the
roller
sunblind
out
with
the
loop
and
hang
into
the
holder.
Glass
Roof
General The
glass
roof
and
the
sun
guard
are
operated
using
the
same
switch.
Safety

WARNING
Parts
of
the
body
may
become
trapped
when

Glass
Roof
is
operating.
There
is

danger

injury.

opening

interruption

mechanism
General If
the
closing
force
exceeds
a
certain
value
whenclosing
the
Glass
Roof,
the
closing
operation
isinterrupted
once
the
roof
reaches

half-openposition,

it

stopped
when
closing
from
the
raised
position.
The
Glass
Roof
is
opened
slightly.
Closing
without
the
anti-trap
mechanism
from
an
open
position
In
the
event
of
danger
from
the
outside,
proceed as
follows:1.Slide
the
switch
forwards
beyond
the
resistj
ance
point
and
hold
it
there.
The
Glass
Roof
is
closed
with
a
restricted
anti-trap
mechanism.
If
the
closing
force
exj
ceeds
a
certain
value,
the
closing
operation
is
interrupted.2.Press
the
switch
forwards
once
again
beyond the
resistance
point
and
hold
until
the
GlassRoof
closes
without
the
anti-trap
mechanism.
Ensure
that
the
closing
area
is
clear.
Closing

If

seat
during
a
journey
could

seat

unexpectedly.
You
could
lose control
of
the
vehicle.

backrest

angled
back
too
far,
the protective
effect

belt

Backrest
width
Principle
To
adjust

backrest
width

lateral support

backrest
width
opens
comj pletely
to
facilitate
getting
into
and
out
of
the

Shoulder
support
Principle The
shoulder
support
supports
the
back
in
the
shoulder
region.
When
adjusted
correctly,
it

seating
position,
and
reduces
strain
on
the
shoulder
muscles.
General
If
the
driver's
door
is
opened
when
the
drive- ready
state
is
switched
off,
the
shoulder
support moves
into
the
standard
position.

Seat
belts
Number
of
seat
belts
and
belt
buckles
For
the
safety
of
the
vehicle
occupants,
the
vehij
cle
is
equipped
with
five
seat
belts.
However, they
can
only
provide
effective
protection
when
worn
correctly.
The
two
outer
belt
buckles
on
the
rear
seats
are
intended
for
those
sitting
on
the
left
and
right.
The
inner
belt
buckle
on
the
rear
seats
is
intenj
ded
for
the
person
sitting
in
the
middle.
General
Before
a
journey,
always
make
sure
that
all
occuj
pants
have
fastened
their
seat
belts.
The
airbags
supplement
the
seat
belts
as
an
additional
safety
device.
The
airbags
are
not
a
substitute
for
the
seat
belts.
The
belt
anchorage
is
suitable
for
adults
of
any stature
if
the
seat
is
adjusted
correctly.
Safety
notes
WARNING
Never
restrain
more
than
one
person
with
each
seat
belt,
otherwise
the
protective
effect
of
the
seat
belt
is
no
longer
guaranteed.
There
is
a danger
of
injury
or
even
death.
Only
restrain
one
person
with
each
seat
belt.
Do
not
allow
inj fants
and
children
to
travel
on
the
lap
of
anotheroccupant.
Instead,
secure
the
infant
or
child
in
a
child
restraint
system
intended
for
this
purpose.
WARNING
The
protective
function
of
the
seat
belts
may
be
limited
or
may
even
fail
completely
if
the
seat
belts
are
worn
incorrectly.
If
a
seat
belt
is
not
worn
correctly,
additional
injuries
can
be
caused,
for
example
in
the
event
of
an
accident or
braking
and
evasive
manoeuvres.
There
is
a
danger
of
injury
or
even
death.
Make
sure
that
all
vehicle
occupants
have
fastened
their
seat
belts
correctly.
WARNING
Seat
belts
are
designed
to
bear
upon
the body's
skeleton
and
should
be
worn
low
across
the
front
of
the
pelvis,
or
lie
against
pelvis,
chest
and
shoulders,
as
applicable.
Do
not
route
the
lap
section
of
the
belt
across
the
abj
domen.
Seat
belts
should
be
adjusted
as
firmly
as
posj sible,
consistent
with
comfort,
to
provide
the
protection
for
which
they
have
been
designed.
A
slack
belt
will
greatly
reduce
the
protection
afforded
to
the
wearer.
Do
not
allow
the
seat
belt
webbing
to
come
into
contact
with
polishes,
oils
and
chemicals and
particularly
battery
acid.
It
may
be
safelycleaned
with
a
mild
soap
water
solution.
Rejplace
the
seat
belt
if
the
webbing
becomesfrayed,
contaminated
or
damaged.
Seat
belts
should
not
be
worn
with
seat
belt
straps
twisj ted.
Each
seat
belt
assembly
must
only
be
used
by
one
occupant;
carrying
infants
and
children
on
the
occupant's
lap
is
not
permitted.
It
is
essential
to
replace
the
entire
assembly
afjter
it
has
been
worn
in
a
severe
impact
even
if
damage
to
the
assembly
is
not
obvious.
WARNING
No
modifications
or
additions
should
be
made by
the
user
that
will
either
prevent
the
seat
belt
adjusting
devices
from
operating
to
remove
slack,
or
prevent
the
seat
belt
assembly
from
being
adjusted
to
remove
slack.
WARNING
The
protective
function
of
the
seat
belts
may be
limited
or
may
even
fail
completely
in
the
following
