Locking the passenger doors
F Open the doors.
F O n the rear doors, check that the child lock

nsert the integral key in the socket without

orcing it, then without turning it, move the

Activation / Deactivation
You can activate or deactivate this function
permanently.

ith the ignition on, press this button

ntil an audible signal starts and a

orresponding message is displayed.
The
state of the system stays in memory when

witching off the ignition.
Anti-intrusion security
Operation
If one of the doors or the boot is open, the
automatic central locking does not take place.
This
system allows automatic simultaneous locking of the doors and boot as soon as the speed of
t
he vehicle exceeds 6 mph (10 km/h).
Pressing the central locking button unlocks the
v
ehicle.
Above
6 mph (10 km/h), this unlocking is
t
e m p o r a r y. This
is signalled by the sound of
t
he locks rebounding, accompanied
b
y illumination of this symbol in the
i
nstrument panel, an audible signal
a
nd the display of an alert message.
Carrying long and voluminous
objects
If you want to drive with the boot open,
you
should press the central locking
b
utton to lock the the doors. Other wise,
e
very time the speed of the vehicle
e
xceeds 6 mph (10 km/h), the locks
w
ill rebound and the alerts mentioned
a
bove will appear.

Opening

When unlocking of the boot only is activated:

Automatic operation
We recommend the use of one of t
he three AUTO modes available:

hey provide optimised regulation of
t
he temperature in the passenger

ompartment according to the
c
omfort value that you have
c
hosen. F

ress the "AUTO"
button repeatedly:

a
first indicator lamp comes on; the
"
light" setting mode is selected,

a
second indicator lamp comes on; the
"
medium" setting mode is selected,

a
third indicator lamp comes on; the
"
intense" mode setting is selected.
The
air
conditioning system operates when the engine is running.
1. Automatic comfort programme
This system is designed to operate effectively i
n all seasons, with the windows closed.When
the engine is cold, the air flow will
r
each its optimum level progressively,
t
aking account of the weather and the
d
esired comfort level so as to avoid too
g
reat a distribution of cold air.
On entering the vehicle, if the interior
t
emperature is much colder or warmer
t
han the comfort value, there is no
n
eed to change the value displayed in
o
rder to obtain the comfort required.
T
he system corrects the difference
i
n temperature automatically and as
q
uickly as possible.
These
three
modes
automatically
adjust
the
a
ir
flow,
according
to
the
desired
setting,
while
a
lso
maintaining
the
desired
comfort
value.
