Cornering lighting
With dipped or main beams, this function makes use of the beam from a front foglamp to
illuminate the inside of a bend, when the vehicle
speed is below 25 mph (approximately 40 km/h)(urban driving, winding road, intersections, parking manouevres...).w
ith cornering lighting
without cornering lighting

Switching on

This function starts:


- when the corresponding direction indicator
is switched on,

or

-
from a cer tain angle of rotation of the steering wheel.


Switching off
The system does not operate:


- below a cer tain angle of rotation of thesteering wheel,

- above 25 mph (40 km/h),

- when reverse gear is engaged.

Programming
The system is activated or deactivated in the vehicleconfiguration menu.
The system is activated by default.

Front lamps
Model with xenon headlamps
1.Main beam headlamps (H1- 35W).2.Directional dipped / directionalheadlamps(D1S-35W).3.Daytime running lamps / sidelamps(light emitting diodes - LEDs).4.Direction indicators (HY21-21W).5.Directional foglamps (H11).
Model with halogen headlamps
1.Main beam headlamps (H1- 55W).2.

(Light emitting diodes - LEDs).4.Direction indicators (HY21-21W).5.Directional foglamps(H11).
For H7 type bulbs with lugs... take careto observe their correct installationso as to ensure the best lighting performance.

In some weather conditions (e.g. low
temperature or humidity), the presence of misting on the internal surface of theglass of the headlamps and rear lampsis normal; it disappears after the lamps have been on for a few minutes.



Risk of electrocution

Xenon bulbs (D1S-35W) must be replaced by a CITROËN dealer or aqualified workshop.



Before doing any work on your vehicle, switch off the ignition (Readylamp off) to avoid any risk of injury resulting from automatic operation of the engine.

Front foglamps
)Remove the deflector under the body.)Disconnect the bulb connector.
)Turn the bulb a quarter of a turn, withdraw and change it.
To r e f i t , c a r ry out these operations in reverse order.
To replace these bulbs you may also contact a CITROËN dealer or a qualified workshop.

Door mirror spotlamps
You should contact a CITROËN dealer or a
qualified workshop for the replacement of the light emitting diode - LED.

Rear lamps
Direction indicators and brakelamps (on the wings)
) Open the boot then remove the accesscover.)
Disconnect the lamp connector. )
Remove the two lamp fixing nuts.
)
Carefully remove the lamp unit from
outside. The retaining clips unclip
automatically.
) Turn the bulb holder a quarter of a turn andchange the bulb.
For reassembly, carry out these operations in
reverse order.
