ALP 4 Poor radio reception
NOTESOnly check the customer complaint after performing a full check with the diagnostic
tool.
Use the wiring diagrams Technical Note for Scénic II ph2, Espace IV ph2,
Trafic II ph2 or Kangoo 2.
Check the condition and connection of the connectors for component 261 and component 886 (Kangoo 2,
Espace IV ph2 and Scénic II ph2) or 1874 (Trafic II ph2).
Using the universal bornier, check the insulation, continuity and the absence of interference resistance on
the following connections:
–Connection code TB13.
–Connection code 34AN.
Between components 261 and 886 or 1874.
Also check the supply of component 886 or 1874 on connection 34AM (12 V ± 1 V).
Are the connections defective?
YES
If the connection or connections are faulty and there
is a repair procedure (see Technical Note 6015A,
Electrical wiring repair, Wiring: Precautions for
repair), repair the wiring. Otherwise replace the
wiring.
Has the fault disappeared?
YES
End of fault finding.

–Bluetooth.
–In the list of accessories found, select My CAR.
–Enter the PIN code given on the vehicle's
navigation display.
