2(DOOR) - The room & map lamps and rear personal lamps go
on when any of the doors or the backdoor isopened. When all doors and backdoor are closed,the room & map lamps and rear personal lamps areilluminated and dimmed gradually for 15 secondsand then go off.However, the lamps go off immediately withoutbeing dimmed in the following cases:●
The doors and backdoor are closed and the ignition switch is turned to the “ON” position.
●
All doors and backdoor are locked using the key mechanism of the driver’s door, the cen-tral door lock switch, or the remote controlswitch of the keyless entry system (if soequipped).
NOTE●
On vehicles with keyless entry system, if the ignition key is removed with the doors andbackdoor closed, the room & map lamps andrear personal lamps are illuminated for 15seconds and then go off.The dimming period is also adjustable.For further information, we recommend youto consult a MITSUBISHI MOTORS Author-ized Service Point.

sure it is ready for emergency use at any time. Maintaining the spare wheel at
the highest specified air pres-
sure will ensure that it can al

the outside of the backdoor.
