Audio menu
The functions in the
Audio menu operate
the audio equipment which you currently
have turned on.
If no audio equipment is currently turned
on, the message
Audio off appears in the
multifunction display.
The following functions are available:Selecting radio station
Turn on the COMAND system and

The satellite radio is treated as a radio
application.
Select satellite radio with the
corresponding soft key on the
COMAND system.

provider are required for satellite radio opera-
tion. Contact an authorized Mercedes-Benz
Light Truck Center for details and availability for
your vehicle.

iSatellite radio service may be unavailable or
interrupted from time to time for a variety of
reasons, such as environmental or topographic
conditions and other things beyond the service
provider’s or our control. Service might also not
be available in certain places (e.g. in tunnels,
parking garages, or within or next to buildings) or
near other technologies.

Selecting CD track
Turn on the COMAND system and
select CD. Refer to separate COMAND
system operating instructions.

iThe COMAND system and the CD changer
can play CDs as well as MP3-CDs.
iTo select a CD from the CD changer
magazine, press a number on the COMAND
system key pad located in the center console.
iA MP3-CD inserted in the CD changer is
handled by the COMAND system like an
audio CD. Information contained on a MP3-CD
will not appear in the multifunction display or in
the COMAND system display.
