B070F02A-GAT KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM (If installed)Locking doors
1. Close all doors.
2. Push the "LOCK" button on the trans- mitter.
3. At the same time all doors lock, the turn signal lights will blink once to indicate that the system is armed.
Unlocking doors
1. Push the "UNLOCK" button on the transmitter.
2. At the same time all doors unlock,
the turn signal lights will blink twice to indicate that the system is dis- armed.
NOTE: The transmitter will not work if any of following occur:
- The ignition key is in ignition switch.
- You exceed the operating distance limit (10 m).
- The battery in the transmitter is weak. - Other vehicles or objects may be
blocking the signal.
- The weather is extremely cold.
- The transmitter is close to a radio transmitter such as a radio station or an airport which can interfere with normal operation of the trans- mitter.
When the transmitter does not workcorrectly, open and close the doorwith the ignition key. If you have a problem with the transmitter, con- tact an authorized Hyundai Dealer. NOTE: Keep the transmitter away from wa- ter or any liquid. If the keyless entry system is inoperative due to expo-sure to water or liquids, it will not be covered by your manufacturer ve- hicle warranty.
B070E02GK-GAT Replacing the battery When the transmitter's battery begins to get weak, it may take several pusheson the button to lock or unlock the doors, and the LED will not light. Re- place the battery as soon as possible. Battery type : CR2032 Replacement instructions:
Screwdriver
1. Carefully separate the case with a blade screwdriver as shown in the illustration. HGK122

12POWER WINDOW
B050A02GK-AAT The power windows operate only when the ignition key is in the "ON" position. The main switches are located on thedriver's arm rest and control the front windows on the respective sides of the vehicle. The windows may be openedby depressing the front portion of the switch. To stop at the desired opening, release the switch. The window maybe closed by pulling the front portion of the switch. In order to prevent opera- tion of the passenger front window bythe passenger, a window lock switch (1) is provided on the arm rest of the driver's door. To disable the HGK2015

2. Remove the old battery from the
case and note the polarity. Make sure the polarity of the new battery is the same(+side facing down), then insert it in the transmitter.
3. Installation is the reverse order of disassembly.Battery

NOTE: Install a new battery within 30 sec- onds after removing the old one. If installing a new battery takes morethan 30 seconds, take the following steps.
1) Turn the ignition key to the "ACC"position.
2) Make sure that the turn signal lights blink once by pushing the "LOCK" or "UNLOCK" button on the transmitter.

!WARNING:
1) Be careful that someone's head, hands and body are not trapped by a closing window.
2) Never try to operate the main switch on the driver's door andthe individual door windowswitch in opposing directions at the same time. If this is done, the window will stop and cannot beopened or closed.

Auto-Down Window (Driver's Side) (If Installed) The Auto-Down window is moved to its fully open position by pushing the switch. To stop at the desired position push in on the switch again.

To recline the seatback, lean forward to take your weight off it, then pull up onthe recliner control lever at the outside edge of the seat. Now lean back until the desired seatback angle is achieved.To lock the seatback into position, release the recliner control lever. WARNING:
To minimize risk of severe injury inthe event of a collision or a sudden stop, both the driver's andpassenger's seatbacks should al- ways be in an upright position while the vehicle is in motion. The protec-tion provided by the seat belts and airbags in a frontal collision may be reduced significantly when the seatbacks are reclined. There is greater risk that the driver and passenger will slide under the seat belt which may result in serious injury if a crash occurs when the seatbacksare reclined. The seat belt cannot provide full protection to an occu- pant if the seat back is reclined.
B080B02A-AAT Adjusting Seat Forward and Rearward To move the seat toward the front or rear, pull the lock release lever up-ward. This will release the seat on its track so you can move it forward or rearward to the desired position. Whenyou find the position you want, release the lever and slide the seat forward or rearward on its track until it locks intothe desired position and cannot be moved further. HGK2027

B080D02JM-AAT Adjustable Headrests Headrests are designed to help reduce the risk of neck injuries. To raise the headrest, pull it up. Tolower it, push it down while pressing the lock knob. o For maximum effectiveness in case of an accident, the headrest should be adjusted so the middle of the headrest is at the same height as the top of the occupant's eyes.The use of a cushion that holds the body away from the seatback is not recommended.
o Do not operate the vehicle with the
headrests removed as severe in- jury to an occupant may occur inthe event of an accident. Head- rests may provide protection against severe neck injuries whenproperly adjusted.
o Do not adjust the headrest hejght
while the vehicle is in motion.

B080F01F-AAT Seat Cushion Height Adjustment (Driver's Seat Only) (If Installed) To raise or lower the front part of the seat cushion, turn the knob forward orrearward. With the ignition key in the "ON" posi-tion, push either of the switches to warm the driver's seat or the passenger's seat.During mild weather or under condi- tions where the operation of the seat warmer is not needed, keep theswitches in the "OFF" position.

o The seat warmer will not operate if ambient temperature is higher than 31.5°C (88.7°F).
o If the seat warmer doesn't works when ambient temperature islower than 24.5°C (76.1°F), it mustbe checked by authorized dealer.

!WARNING:
This vehicle contains two rear seat- ing positions only and a seat belt for each seating position. Thus, never permit more than two occu-pants to ride in the rear seat be- cause an unrestrained occupant could be seriously injured or killedin the event of a vehicle crash. B130A01GK-AAT REAR SEAT ENTRY (Walk in device) The driver and front passenger's seatbacks should be tilted to enter therear seat. By pulling up the walk in device lever (1) at the left-upper side of the driver sideseatback, the seatback will tilt forward. Then pull the lock release lever (2) up to move the seat forward.

!WARNING:
Don't drive with the passenger side seatback reclined. It is dangerous tomove it while driving. Be sure the seatback is caterred firmly before driving. B099A01F-AAT BEFORE FOLDING THE REAR SEATS In order to prevent the shoulder belt from being damaged while folding therear seat, the shoulder belt must be passed through the hanger to keep it out of the way.

By pulling up the walk in device lever (1) at the right-upper side of the passengerside seatback, the seatback will tilt forward. Then push the seat forward to allow the occupants to enter. Recliner Memory By pulling up the walk in device lever (1), the seatback is reclined and re- turned to the original position. (1)
