MP3-CD operation
With the number keypad
Activate the MP3-CD main menu
(page 58).
In short succession, press button *
and the number key of the desired
track, e.g. 24.
After your entry wait approx. 3
seconds.
The selected track is played. The
MP3-CD main menu will appear.Skip Track

Forward
Press
D.
The next track from the track list is
played.
Backward
Press d.
If the track has been playing for more
than approx. 10 seconds, the track is
replayed from the start. If the playing
time is shorter, the previous track is
played.MP3-CD track scan
The tracks of the current folder can be
scanned one after the other for 8 seconds
each. Subfolders are not considered.
The function will switch off automatically
when the starting is reached.
You can also manually stop the scan
search.

Activate the MP3-CD main menu
(page 58).
Press the
Scan
soft key.
iWhen you start the scan search, the
playback mode
Normal Sequence
(page 61) is automatically activated.

DVD operation
If the movie is divided into chapters or sce-
nes, you can directly jump to a chapter or
scene or skip them while the movie is
playing. Some DVDs will not allow this in
certain portions of the movie (e.g. during
screen credits, age restriction and/or pa-
rental advisories).
Selecting a scene or chapter directly
E.g.: Scene/chapter 5
While the movie is playing, press *.
Press 5.
After a short while playback starts from
the 5th chapter or the 5th scene.Scene/chapter skip
Press D or d.
Button D = Next chapter or scene
Button d = Previous chapter or
scene or beginning of scene if scene
has been playing for more than 10
seconds
Keep D or d pressed during DVD
playback.
D = fast forward
d = reverse
Release the button to stop fast
forward/reverse.
Selecting a scene/chapter
iChapter/scene selection may also be
possible in the DVD menu stored on
the DVD (
page 70).
