You can adjust the height of the front shoulder
belt anchor to one of the 4 positions.
If the height of the adjusting seat belt is too near
your neck, you will not be getting the most effective protection. The shoulder portion should
be adjusted so that it lies across your chest and
midway over your shoulder nearest the doorand not your neck. To adjust the height of seat belt anchor, lower
or raise the height adjuster into an appropriateposition. To raise the height adjuster, pull it up.To lower it, push it down while pressing theheight adjuster button.
Release the button to lock the anchor into
position. Try sliding the release button to makesure that it has locked into the position.

(Minibus, Van) (If installed) Children riding in the car should sit in the rear
seat and must always be restrained to minimize the risk of injury in an accident, sudden stop orsudden maneuver. According to accident sta-tistics, children are safer when properly re-strained in the rear seats than in the front seat.Larger children should use one of the seat beltsprovided.
You are required by law to use safety restraints
for children. If small children ride in your vehicleyou must put them in a child restraint system(safety seat). Children could be injured in a crash if their
restraints are not properly secured. For smallchildren and babies, a child seat or infant seatmust be used. Before buying a particular childrestraint system, make sure it fits your car seatand seat belts, and fits your child. SRS Care SRS Care
SRS Care
SRS Care The SRS is virtually maintenance-free and so
there are no parts you can safely service by yourself. The entire SRS system must be in-
spected by an authorized Hyundai dealer 10years after the date that the vehicle was man-ufactured.
Any work on the SRS system, such as remov-
ing, installing, repairing, or any work on thesteering wheel must be performed by a quali-
fied Hyundai technician. Improper handling ofthe SRS system may result in serious personal
injury.
